SLEEPS 14+ Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Harbor from the glass walled living room upstairs as well as from the glass walled game room downstairs. Private HEATED swimming pool! Dual Master bedrooms- one on each level! Huge upper and lower decks overlooking the private swimming pool and Harbor. Large lower deck and well groomed, inground swimming pool, outdoor shower and more awesome views of the Harbor. Steps from the green grassy yard lead down to the Association dock and beach. Free use of our kayaks! Dual Master bedrooms each include King Bed, ensuite full baths, dining area, heated swimming pool and harbor water views, glass walled doors that open to the outside decks. On the main level there are two full baths, two bedrooms, fully equipped eat in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, large dining room, islands, large fire placed living rooms, wet bar. On the lower level there are 3 more bedrooms, a fire placed game room with pool table, 2 full baths, living room with glass walls opening to lower deck and private swimming pool. The second master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bath and living area is on the lower level. Free exclusive use of swimming pool and kayaks; private association beach, dock and tennis courts. Short walk or stroll along the waters edge to the famous Chart Room restaurant which directly across the Harbor and visible from our deck! Short walk to local beach on Circuit Ave;or short 5-10 minute drive to the Monument beach. Prestigious waterfront neighborhood and Handy Point Assoc. . Circular drive with plentiful off street parking. This house screams fabulous waterfront vacation in Cape Cod!Sleeps 14 in beds!

Met our needs

Our family rented this house for a short 4 night stay to see Cape Cod. It was a good property. Quiet neighborhood. It was plenty of room for our family of 6. The owner was very kind to allow us to keep the pool open and heated for our middle of Oct. trip. Great stay overall. I would recommend bringing your own washcloths. I could not find any at this property. I guess I’m just weird to expect that to be at a property. Not sure. In my opinion this property is a bit dated and overpriced. But maybe it’s the location that constitutes the price. One of the showers downstairs didn’t even turn on. My kids told me “brown water” came out of another shower. Maybe it just hasn’t been used in a while. I probably wouldn’t rent this exact house again but it met our needs this time. We greatly enjoyed playing pool downstairs and Cape Cod and the Islands.

wonderful family get together

Had a great time in Pocasset ! Plenty of room and bedrooms and super flexible layout. Panoramic view of a cove and easy access to kayaking an an on-property pool. Plenty of parking space and a large kitchen. Nice bar area and a margarita machine that was well used. Would definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL Home & Location!

Twelve of us stayed in this beautiful home over Labor Day 2023. There are so many positives to this home: unbelievable views, the heated pool, the ENORMOUS decks with tons of seating, giant bedrooms, comfy beds, bathrooms everywhere, a pool table....the list goes on and on. We all loved that the home was outfitted with everything you need to cook - utensils, plates, pans, silver, dishes galore. Not once did we have to make an emergency run for something not provided. We also loved that the back yard was fully fenced in; this allowed the 3-year-old to safely move about without being chased by a parent. Great experience! We would certainly return.

Cape Cod Vacation

Spacious house, great location for the excursions we had planned, nice pool. First time using VRBO. Had some issues with insects and dishwasher malfunction, but owner responded promptly when informed. Cleaners missed some trash left behind under beds and sofas. and not thrilled about using the owner's towels.
