  • we had about 9 people (adults) stay at the house for 4 days, we thought the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils, the living room accomadated all of us. And the fireplace was great for the cold, snowy nights we had while there. The house is with 20 minutes driving distance from Mt. Snow and to the town. We had a great time and can not wait to rent the house again next winter. Elliot was a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions due to this was my first time renting a house for vacations. I would definetely recommend this house to anyone.

  • This house is very clean and spacious. In fact, I would have to say it was one of the cleaniest places I have stayed at. I would definitely recommend it to others whether it be a weekend or weeklong stay. Dealing with Elliott was a pleasure. The spacious living room is what makes this place stands out. The kitchen, bedrooms, fireplace and porch were also all very lovely.

  • The house was perfect for us - my kids especially loved the small loft (playarea) off the living room. I found the kitchen to be well stocked with appliances and utensils so it was easy to prepare a meal. Overall, the house was very clean and is obviously well taken care of. We would definately rent it again.

  • We had a great time in Elliott's house in Vermont. The living room is great and allowed that the whole group got together to play games or simply drink wine and have a conversation in front of the fireplace. The bedrooms are very comfortable! The entire house was clean and neat.

  • This property was truly delightful. The livingroom area was bright and spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and room for everyone to relax. It was too cool to enjoy the deck, but it would be wonderful to sit out there in warmer weather and enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen was nice and new and well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc., and the kitchen area is only separated from the living area by a partial wall, so those in the kitchen can still participate in the conversation in the living room. The bedrooms were cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We were quite close to downtown Wilmington with many delightful shops and restaurants and not far from many other towns/activities with something to do for everyone. All in all, this property was an excellent value for the price paid and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

  • My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay here during our annual "ladies weekend" getaway. The house is every bit as nice as described in the writeup. The livingroom area is VERY spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, (easily large enough to have adults relaxing in one area and kids playing on the other side of the room) and lots of windows. It was too cool for us to enjoy the deck but it looks like it would be delightful in warmer weather. The bedrooms are cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was nice and new and only separated from the rest of the living area by a partial wall, so people in the kitchen can still be part of conversations going on in the living room. This was a delightful place to stay and I would definitely return if I was going to be in this area again, and I highly recommend it.

  • Our five day extended weekend in VT was too short. This apartment - spacious, clean, and fantastically located - was in an area that has so much to offer that we could have easily stayed a week or two. We were seven people, and easily accomodated in this lovely 3 bedroom apartment. There was lots of hot water and shower space after a day of hiking in the heat, plenty of room around the table in the eat-in, state of the art kitchen, and living room space for either family card games or different activities in different corners of the house. I would love to come back in the winter to try out the fire place and the great skiing at Mount Snow.

    Dear Elliott, Thank you so much for a wonderful opportunity to stay at your cozy dwelling in Vermont. The house is beautiful, big, and sunny. The online pictures don't do justice to it. We really felt like at home. Everything we needed was there. We have truly enjoyed the woodstove every evening after the cold day on the mountain. For the first night there was 5 of us and on Saturday we were joined by other 3 friends who missed a plane from Washington. We have also used the opportunity to visit your club house and enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. It was very relaxing. I hope you have found the pass on the kitchen table as well as the keys to the house. I'm also sending you a picture of all of us from the living room. We were also lucky to have lots of snow. We have skied every day on Mt. Snow and although we had first - time, green, blue, and black skiers in our group, the mountain was great for all of us. I truly hope you will keep on renting out this beautiful place, so maybe next winter we can repeat our unforgettable experience in Vermont. Thank you for everything. Linda
