The Woodman Beach House is a beautiful, newly renovated, single family home that opened in 2004. The location of the home is ideal in that it is just steps away from downtown South Haven, Stanley Johnson Park, The Black River, South Haven Marina, and North Beach.
The home has a breathtaking 500 square foot screened-in porch with lake, river, and park views. The large porch is fully furnished with all amenities including a bar, swing, tables, and chairs to seat plenty. There is also an additional rear porch on the home with stunning park views. The Woodman Beach House features seven bedrooms, three full baths, and sleeps up to sixteen people. There six full-size beds, a king size bed, and a futon to accommodate sixteen guests comfortably. Each bedroom has beautiful views, unique antique furnishing, and full-size closets.

Late June, July & August .. $3800/week for the 7 bedroom/ 3 full bath
September - Early June.. weekly & weekend rates available at negotiable rates
Two night minimum stay required.
We work on a first come/first serve basis
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance plus a
$500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposits are fully refundable considering no damage is made to
the property.

What a wonderful home for fun and entertainment. The front porch is unbelievable. We had 27 family members in South Haven (3 cottages). This home allowed us to use the front porch for cards games, puzzles, and conversation. With 6 bedrooms, we the house accomodated a large number of us for sleeping. It was incredible. As our families all get older and we have children having children it was wonderful to get everyone together and to have such a great place to make memories. There is a back porch so if some want to get away from the crowd it allowed several to gather there. It is a very short walk to the beach and into town, we really did not have to get in the car unless we wanted to. This home allows memories to be made.
