  We booked at the last minute after Ocean City was inundated. We received good prompt support from the owner and the property is as nice as the description. The pictures are accurate. The condo is clean (#1 in importance). In this case you get MORE than you pay for as the price undercuts similar or lesser properties and there are no hidden charges. The only thing we missed was an en suite washer/dryer but they are readily available on the property. Summary: Nice place, great price, good no hassle owners. Try it. You'll like it.

  Condo was exactly as pictured. View was outstanding, Condo was clean and resort personnel were great to work with. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very easy to work with both before, after and during the stay. I would recommend this owner, condo and resort to anyone!

  This was our second year renting this unit and it is wonderful! We have a great view of the beach down towards Murrel Inlet from the balcony. It was even a great location to view fireworks. The owner is easy to deal with and is happy to answer any questions.The resort itself is very nice and has a alot of offer. They offer games for young children and even have some night entertainment for the whole family. I would highly recommend both this unit and the resort. We relax every year and I am very comfortable with letting my children walk around safely.

  This was our third time at Myrtle Beach Resort, and our first time at Bob's condo. This was the nicest condo we've stayed in. Fully stocked- I brought alot of things with me that I thought I'd need from past experience but everything was there. The resort is great for families, and the condo location was great for us with three kids always running to the beach or the pool. There are lots of things to do within a short driving distance. Checking into the condo was incredibly easy also. It was a great vacation!

  This is our second vacation in this beautiful 2 bedroom condo. It is fresh and clean and exactly as pictured on the website with all of the comforts of home. Myrtle Beach evenings are beautiful and it is so relaxing to sit on the balcony, enjoying an adult beverage while on one side of you the sun is setting and on the other side are the ocean waves. The owner, Bob, is just great to work with and answers any and all of my questions promptly. The MBR is in a perfect location; go south and enjoy the best seafood you can find in Murrell's Inlet or go downtown or north for some great activities and entertainment. However, you can have a wonderful time just staying at the resort. We are counting the days until we can get back to the beach! Thanks Bob!

  It's the second time I stay at the condo and we have so much fun. The place is very nice, clean and so much thing to do over there. I will go back again and thank to you Bob for everything.

  The condo was just as we expected, very nice and clean. Loved the new recliners in the living room. Both of my children enjoyed the stay. The view was very good from the balconies. Bob, thanks for standing behind what you said about the condo being top notch. We look forward to staying there again in the following years. Thanks you

  Prior to this summer's vacation to Myrtle Beach Resort, and to Bob's condo specifically, we had stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort in the Renaissance Tower the year before. We had come as a family of two adults and three children. The resort was wonderful, but staying in the tower was a nightmare. Saturday arrival was congested, and the wait for the elevator was far too long. During our week stay, it was difficult to find parking and the wait for the elevator continued to be a struggle. We planned on returning, but wanted a room in the A or B building. I found Bob's condo listed online, and was very excited to find a two bedroom condo available with an ocean view and on the fifth floor of the B building. Bob was such a pleasure to work with! We were hesitant to arrive and find the condo to be less than what the pictures were advertised based on prior experience, but WOW! There are spacious closets in both bedrooms, and we were able to unpack our things and "live" out of the condo as we would at home. HDTV's in both bedrooms and the living room provided entertainment for the kids and adults. We hooked up our xbox and wii, used the DVD players provided, enjoyed dinner at the dining room table as a family and spent tons of time out on the balcony. The master bed was comfortable and even had 1 inch memory foam! The linens and bathroom decorations were MUCH cuter than the pictures! :0) As far as check-in, parking was ample, carts were accessible, and it took all of 20 minutes to bring everything into the condo. The location of the condo is just outside of the indoor pool section, which makes it quieter, and right down the hall from the laundry room. There is an elevator closeby, with easy access to the lazy river, ocean front pool, the ocean, the indoor pool, and even the arcade in the Renaissance Tower. Our vacation was such an improvement from the year prior, and we told EVERYONE we met about the condo we stayed in, and how much we loved it. We will definitely be booking all of our future vacations with Bob!!! Thanks for making your vacation home ours! ***Check out Pirates Voyage and Wonderworks at Broadway at the Beach if you have children...they'll love it!!!***

  We've stayed at the Myrtle Beach Resort for 5 years and this is the nicest condo that we've stayed in. The kitchen was well appointed, the dining room table is great that is can sit 6 people (and it's pretty) the beds were comfortable and I appreciate that he even has nice comfortable chairs on the balcony. Our favorite spot in the resort is the south side of the B building as you can hear the bands at night and have a good view of the ocean. Bob's condo doesn't have the Tower directly across from it either, so you don't feel like people are watching you from the other building when you are sitting out. We will be booking this condo again!,
