As you enter the Myrtle Beach Resort you feel your stress ebb away. The grounds are soothing and the true start to your vacation has arrived. As you drive through and see the amazing things to do, you will be hard pressed to unpack before you are enjoying your vacation.
Our unit, which was recently renovated , is waiting your pleasure. Broadband wireless access is available throughout the resort. We, as owners, want to share the comfort and convenience of our second home with all of you. Relaxation, comfort, and choices are what vacations are all about, you will find that here in our condominium, at the Myrtle Beach Resort. The choices can take you out to the Grand Strand where they are endless or allow for a simple dinner and relaxing evening on the 25-foot-long balcony watching the people go by and the sun settle in the west, or just read a book and look up into the endless view of the ocean.

Our condominium provides accommodations for up to six people, tile/carpet floors throughout, newly decorated with paint, furniture, upgraded bathrooms, and new mattresses. TVs and DVD's in the living room and second bedroom. Free local calls. On-site security so you can relax as you children wander around outside. Enjoy live entertainment at the tiki bar and relax in the lazy river in season. Deli, ice cream stands, and a buffet are on site for your convenience. Please note, "Renters must be at least 25 years old."
Linens and cleaning are provide free with your rental.
The thing we can not provide is the smiles but rest assured your family will all leave with them as well as wonderful memories of a great vacation.

We purchased this condo after visiting for 5 years. We found it to be the ideal place to visit with our family and hoped someday our family can share it with their children. There was such a myiad of things to do together while allowing for our own individuality. We felt it was the perfect place for families to reconnect, the family friendly environment is always present and welcoming.

Marie and I enjoy watching the arrival of families, the excitment from all, the look of anticipation of things to come. We enjoy hearing the laughter that comes in a non-structured environment, that allows families to relax without looking at a clock, throwing schedules to the wind.

Marie and I are nearly empty nesters and reflecting over our past, among the many memories we enjoy is all of the quality time we had with our children when vacationing. We both work and still enjoy vacations but they are less hectic and more relaxing and yes there are many days when we wish the kids were there to cause a little choas, lol. Our 2 children, are now beginning to enjoy the condo without us, boohoo!!! This is what it is all about, cherished memories and the future dreams, like VRBO say's:" Seize the Day"

Prior to this summer's vacation to Myrtle Beach Resort, and to Bob's condo specifically, we had stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort in the Renaissance Tower the year before. We had come as a family of two adults and three children. The resort was wonderful, but staying in the tower was a nightmare. Saturday arrival was congested, and the wait for the elevator was far too long. During our week stay, it was difficult to find parking and the wait for the elevator continued to be a struggle. We planned on returning, but wanted a room in the A or B building. I found Bob's condo listed online, and was very excited to find a two bedroom condo available with an ocean view and on the fifth floor of the B building. Bob was such a pleasure to work with! We were hesitant to arrive and find the condo to be less than what the pictures were advertised based on prior experience, but WOW! There are spacious closets in both bedrooms, and we were able to unpack our things and "live" out of the condo as we would at home. HDTV's in both bedrooms and the living room provided entertainment for the kids and adults. We hooked up our xbox and wii, used the DVD players provided, enjoyed dinner at the dining room table as a family and spent tons of time out on the balcony. The master bed was comfortable and even had 1 inch memory foam! The linens and bathroom decorations were MUCH cuter than the pictures! :0) As far as check-in, parking was ample, carts were accessible, and it took all of 20 minutes to bring everything into the condo. The location of the condo is just outside of the indoor pool section, which makes it quieter, and right down the hall from the laundry room. There is an elevator closeby, with easy access to the lazy river, ocean front pool, the ocean, the indoor pool, and even the arcade in the Renaissance Tower. Our vacation was such an improvement from the year prior, and we told EVERYONE we met about the condo we stayed in, and how much we loved it. We will definitely be booking all of our future vacations with Bob!!! Thanks for making your vacation home ours! ***Check out Pirates Voyage and Wonderworks at Broadway at the Beach if you have children...they'll love it!!!***

We've stayed at the Myrtle Beach Resort for 5 years and this is the nicest condo that we've stayed in. The kitchen was well appointed, the dining room table is great that is can sit 6 people (and it's pretty) the beds were comfortable and I appreciate that he even has nice comfortable chairs on the balcony. Our favorite spot in the resort is the south side of the B building as you can hear the bands at night and have a good view of the ocean. Bob's condo doesn't have the Tower directly across from it either, so you don't feel like people are watching you from the other building when you are sitting out. We will be booking this condo again!,

My family and I had a great time. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. I loved the view from the balcony. Our first day there we went from the beach to every pool to the bar which has great food and entertainment. I enjoyed every band that played. Very family oriented. Bob was great to work with. We're already planning another trip next year and we will definately be using Bob's condo.

Bob's condo was great. Only a short walk to the beach and pools in every direction on the property. The condo itself was just a pitstop between the beach and other activities but it was a great place to unwind after a long day of having fun. Everything about our stay was great. Plenty of room for our three kids to run around and still find some quiet space for myself and my wife. I'd reccommend Bob's condo to anyone looking for a good time in Myrtle Beach.

Me, my wife and my three daughters had a great time here. The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived and we loved the nice flat screen tv's in every room, I was able to just hook my android tablet up to the tv and watch movies every night. The balcony was nice with a pretty good ocean view. The location of the condo in the resort is pretty centralized with the indoor pool in the same building and the ocean front pool and the lazy river pools at either end of building B. Parking was great unlike the tower where you have to walk pretty far from the parking lot. Bob was very nice and great to rent from. I would recommend staying here and we may stay again next year.

recently spent a full week in this condo and was very pleased with our accomadations. very clean and in a great location. the only thing that i was not pleased with was the fact that most of the pools and the lazy river closed at 8 pm. everything else was perfect as far as I was concerned. Will definately go back again, and have reccommended it to many friends already. Thanks Bob for a wonderful place to stay and your kindness.

My sister and I brought my mother there for here birthday in August, 2009, we have the most wonderful time, the condo was great! The resort wonderful and the beach was fun. Have dinner at the Rio it is really the best. Would love to say again!

My husband and two teenage daughters (19 & 17) stayed in this condo the first week in June. It was very nice and clean. We have stayed at the MB resort 4 times and this is the nicest condo so far. It was very comfortable and had an excellent stocked kitchen. It even had saran wrap,foil,and baggies!!!I would definetly stay again!!!!

Mr. Basset's condo is GREAT!!! I stayed during Memorial Day Weekend and I would have to say that out of the 4 years that I have stayed at the Resort, that this was the best room that me and my friends had ever stayed in.
