- Kid Friendly : La Paloma is a family-oriented community with most residents living there all year long or maintain a second home there. Security strictly enforces excessive noise violations and regularly patrols the grounds of this gated community.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : The primary renter signing the Rental Agreement and making the payment must be at least 21.
