VILLA MOLIERE I & II - are 385 square foot Park Models (manuf homes) that has been completely refurbished and is located in a Private park on a hill with a bay window and a deck that overlooks the Chetco River and the bridge that connects Harbor and Brookings.
The units have queen beds, full kitchens and baths and relaxing living areas. The deck area has a table and two chairs, two lounge chairs, and a small Weber grill. Everything is provided. Just added high speed internet!
VILLA MOLIERE III - a 2 story house with full decks on both levels with Chetco River View. Upper is all wood with beam ceilings and 2 skylights. Bedroom, Bath, Laundry, Full Kitchen, Living Room, 2 sliding doors to full deck. Queen bed + Queen Sofa Bed.
VILLA MOLIERE IV - Lower level of house is Bed with Queen, Bath, Fridge & Micro, Almost Double Sofa Bed, separate entrance.
VILLAS III & IV can be rented together as the full house, full access from inside
VILLA MOLIERE V - separate cottage in a woodsy setting, 1 bed, 1 bath, sofabed, full kitchen, all new, all amenities

Why the Owner Chose Harbor
I came to Brookings to vacation and found it to be the nicest Oregon coastal town. The weather is the best compared to other Southern Oregon towns and the Port of Harbor has the Pacific and Chetco River flow into each other. I had a vacation rental in Ashland, Oregon that was successful and I hoped I could create one in Brookings.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
There are many fine restaurants, sitting on the beach looking at the ocean is a huge stress reliever. The nearby redwoods are amazing.
I must admit that when I stay at Villa Moliere Lodging, I fine a wonderful sense of acknowledgment and hope that my guests feel at home.

I am a theatre scenic designer and a decorator and come from the San Francisco Bay area where I was born and raised. I had a victorian in Benicia I restored for 13 years. I raised a family there. I now live in Ashland, Oregon and teach technical theatre at AHS. Theatre has been my life and my energy.

My husband and I were not aware that this cottage was actually a trailer...without an ocean view or any view at all. I will give credit where it is due- the owner is a very nice guy and inside of the trailer is nicely decorated. We did enjoy our stay but for the cost I would personally rather spend 10 dollars more and stay at Whaleshead resort next time. I didnt see anywhere on this site informing people that it is actually a trailer- I think that should be made clear.

I wrote a negative review bashing the property manager for not getting back to me after I had called him several times and emailed him several times. He did get back to me.... after he came out of the mountains where he had no computer and no cell phone coverage. He also refunded money for the days that I was not able to be in his rental. And..... he was "nice" about it. However, I have written two reviews on VRBO "eating crow" and they have not been posted. I apologize for mouthing off in the negative review. My daughter and I really enjoyed the cottage; which is darling and has all sorts of personal touches in it.

aside from the bathroom smelling slightly of urine and the toilet wouldn't flush the stuff down.... the place was charming....., but..... i had told the manager that i wasn't sure of the lenth of my stay but would book it for five days. A family emergency came up and I chose to leave early to assist him and his family. I drove 18 hours to help my son. Before I left Brookings, I called and I emailed to say that I needed to leave early. Tonight when I checked my on line bank.... I was charged for two days that I was not able to stay.
