Beautiful tile floors, ceiling fans, cable TV/dvd/vcr. Newly painted. Ground floor. Parking just outside the door. Private picnic area and extra lot at side of house. Families love this quiet neighborhood on South Padre Island. The house is surrounded by tropical plants in a residential area. Entrance to beach access is 1/2 block or seven houses away. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Free shuttle around the island. No smoking, no pets.
