The best of both worlds,just a little over a mile away from historic downtown Hot Springs (1.2 miles to historic district- 2.3 miles from Convention center-3.5 miles to the Oaklawn Race Track)and bordering the lush shade of the National Park, the country feel of this privately located home has all the modern conveniences you desire. It is on a corner lot on a low traffic street in a nice family neighborhood. Adding the cottage is a great way to host a big group family you may have. (will fit up to 17 total)

Take a hike up the mountain on a secluded path about a 1/2 mile down the road or drive just a few minutes down a winding road to Gulpha Gorge National Park camp ground and recreation area. If it's thrills you seek, Magic Springs Amusement Park is just an eight minute drive from your door, and it's 25 minutes to the sun and sailing of sparkling Lake Ouachita.
Children will enjoy the pleasant neighborhood with little traffic, and a completely enclosed fenced corner lot. Great for small kids and pets. Plus, you will appreciate the convenience of being close to local restaurants, shops, hiking, Oaklawn Race track, and much more. You have a front side and back yard and a small front and side porch.
If you need to stay connected to the outside , we offer free wireless internet connection. The house has central heat and air conditioning for your comfort.

Newly updated and renovated! The Edgewood House Cottage is a spacious 2 20x24 room(s) apartment located just a few cobbled stone steps to the back of the House. It has it's own entrance and is separate from the House. The cottage will sleep 9 more people comfortably and rents separately for $100.00 per night with a minimum of 3 nights.

Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs
It is in a great neighborhood and very close to the historic downtown. Great house and yard for kids and families. Off street parking. The cottage gives us the ability to take bigger groups if needed. Close to Magic Springs, Both Lakes, Historic downtown, and lots of hiking trails. We live nearby too.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Close to the best Hot Springs has to offer. Quaint low traffic street to walk the dog. Serene setting. Great yard for kids. Picturesque, great for families, optional addition of the cottage allows for bigger groups to stay together but offers separates places to retreat to for quiet downtime.

Annie and John met working at church camp in their early twenties. They moved here in 1991. They have two sons 8 and 11. John runs Elite Video, Inc, a video training film company and Annie home schools their two boys and helps run the vacation rentals.

It was a surprise when you were greeted at the front of the house. John wanted to make sure we have a nice stay, he even bought over a decorative fireplace to make it felt more like Crhistmas. Absolutely will come back again.

Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably in the house. Weloved that it was in such a great location for getting to Hot Springs attractions quickly. John and his family were very hospitable and meet us upon arrival. John also gave us some very good ideas of great places to eat and visit. He was very willing to make sure our stay was enjoyable and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quite and family friendly. We would certainly recommend this home to our friends if they needed room to stretch out. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Well my families, hands down comments.......Edgewood House ROCKS! The house was so charming and we all slept like babies! My hubby and I agreed that we felt like we were at Grandmas house! We will be a repeat renter again! John and Annie are the coolest! We are vrbo.com property managers in Oklahoma and we have so many ideas to take back to our own home ! This property is located in the prime driving area of so many things! Easy traffic flow! AAAAAAAAA++++++++ house!

Our family just returned from a week long stay at 200 Edgewood in Hot Springs. We had a great vacation. The house is conveniently located. It was nice and spacious, and very clean. We found everything we needed there, plus lots of little extras you won't expect. John's maps and knowledge of the area were awesome. We would totally recommend staying here for your family trip to Hot Springs.

200 Edgewood is a wonderful home away from home. Everything you need for a family to feel comfortable and relaxed can be found. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out! The pictures and the descriptions given are everything they say they are. Our family of 5 + our dog Pee Wee had a wonderful week at 200 Edgewood! We hope to visit again in a few years.
