I stayed a week at Chad's condo and it exceeded my expectations. The kitchen is stellar, full span of appliances available. The view from the lanai is amazing. The unit was impeccably clean, airy and beautifully decorated. Elegant and comfortable! Location on Molokai is perfect, very close to town and midway between east and west side attractions. Don't miss the mule ride, the Halawa Falls hike (arrange at Dive Shop in town), Kumu Farms farmstand, the Big Wind Kite Factory on the west side, or the book & gift shop in town.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Beautiful penthouse on one of a kind island

We stayed in Chad's condo in Jan. of 2011. It is wonderfully decorated and has all of the amenities you would desire. The island is very different from it's sisters, but so charming and beautiful with it's red dirt and wonderful beaches. We drove end to end several times and off road in our Jeep, which is lots of fun. The mule ride to Kalaupapa is great - especially the scenery when you arrive at the bottom. Contact Chad, he is so personable. You will not be disappointed in this condo.

Many thanks for the use of your apartment. We really enjoyed our stay on Molokai. It is very different compared to the other islands we went to. The Condo was just right for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and we used the BBQ several times. We have finally arrived back in Switzerland and will remember our holidays in Hawaii as an exceptional and fantastic experience.

My wife and I spent a long weekend here for our honeymoon and had a great time. The location is perfect to get to both sides of the island. We had great service, the place was very clean, and layout was perfect. We would definatly think about using this place again for future stays on Molokai.

Hi Chad, Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed your condo. We loved how nicely that you finished it, it definitely is the "ultimate in accommodations". It was the envy of many of my family, a lot whom also stayed at the Shores but unfortunately, were disappointed with there accommodations, "sporting 20+ year old rattan furniture".

We had a wonderful vacation on Molokai. We truly had the opportunity to rest and relax. Everyone on the island was wonderful. We did just about everything one could. We sat at the pool for some time each day. We rented a jeep from National at the Hotel Molokai. This really came in handy when we went exploring the island on the dirt trails. We rode the mules down to Kalaupapa. What an experience that was. I'm glad you recommended it! We visited many of the restaurants. We really enjoyed listening to music at the Hotel Molokai while eating dinner and it was a beautiful place to eat breakfast. What an experience going to the bakery at night was but oh so good!! We got the bread with the works. My husband doesn't usually eat bread but this was absolutely delicious. We ate half the loaf that night and the other half for breakfast. I wish I would have brought an extra loaf to take home to Minnesota! Now for your AMAZING condo.....WOW doesn't say it all. We loved being able to share your home. We sat out on the lanai every morning and evening. Everything we needed was there for us to use and more. You did a BEAUTIFUL job remodeling it. We loved the bathroom with the double sinks, the fully stocked kitchen and the great living room to relax in. We didn't spend much time inside but when we did it was like being at home. Thanks again for sharing your Molokai home with us. We had a WONDERFUL time. When we go back to Kauai, the island we got married on, we will contact you again to rent another one of your places.

It was my intent to send you an email while we were on Molokai, but I went into complete relaxation mode. The condo is lovely, and the location was wonderful. We had a great, relaxing time: read, slept, got goodies from the farmer's market and from Dave's ice cream. We had the privilege of meeting a couple of Hawaiian elders, and spent over 2 hours with one (Pilipo from Halawa Valley) hearing about the culture, history, traditions, etc. It was a priceless experience. I took a whale-watching tour one day, which was great fun. And, the local people are lovely. The pace of life and the rural nature of the island were a wonderful break from the urban craziness. The only difficulty was trying to leave. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us. I'm certain that it is the nicest unit at Molokai Shores, and, we hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your beautiful properties in the future.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the ocean and the island of Lanai. We relaxed and watched the whales frolic in the ocean. The local people on Molokai are wonderful. Truly an unforgettable vacation.

Wanted to to send you a ""Big MAHALO". We were in 3 different condo's and were so impressed with yours. It was so beautiful and stocked so well...A world of difference from the other two. Had a wonderful wedding at the coconut grove. Went on the Mule Ride, snorkeled, etc. This was my 4th time and husband's 3rd time on the island--so we just relaxed. We will certainly keep you in mind when we visit again

Our first trip to Molokai was outstanding & our stay at your condo far exceeded our already high expectations! The place was immaculate & was a beautiful respite at the end of each eventful day of exploring the many beaches, riding the cliffs on mules, or spending time getting to know the locals. All the places you recommended were fantastic. In particular, we loved the Cook House & Molokai Pizza for tasty, home-cooked food & super-friendly service. We also found that the little bakery in Kaunakakai served a great breakfast (complete with "Spam"). Can't thank you enough for your hospitality & helpful suggestions on things to do & see while we were there. Looking forward to going back again!

Knowing how important travel reviews are to people looking for great accommodations at good prices, I wanted to leave this review on our stay in Molokai, booked through Chad, as we were guests in his luxury condo at The Molokai Shores (#330). First, I want to say how lovely this condo is, and how rare a find on Molokai. (Please note: not all condos in Molokai shores are the same, this one is special!) Luckily we found Hale No Ka ’Oi #330 and Chad. This condo was nicer then our apartment in New York City! And in Molokai no less. At the end of the day you can stay in this lovely condo which is centrally located and feel as though you are home. (I'm still trying to figure out where Chad found an interior decorator on the island) This condo is most def. one of the nicest condo's in Molokai Shores. Ralph Lauren towels and sheets. Granite countertops. A fully equip kitchen if you wanted to cook. The condo was immaculate in every way. You couldn't go wrong with booking this lovely condo. We thank you Chad for helping to make our stay in beautiful Molokai so wonderful.

Just wanted to take a minute and tell you how much we enjoyed our time in Hale No Ka Oi. It was beyond comfortable, the central location was perfect and the sunsets were to die for! While your website's pictures are great, no picture could truly do it justice. The scrapbook and guestbook both led us right to everything we needed. Many thanks for a terrific end to our 10th anniversary vacation.

We had an awesome experience in Molokai. We're so glad that this was the only island we chose to go to. Went Kayaking, Mule-Riding & Hiking to the falls. Your condo was an amazing retreat for us. We had a delightful time on Molokai. The island is so laid back and beautiful! The people were very friendly and your accommodations were awesome. I met a woman by the pool who was there with her husband. She was NOT thrilled with the condo they were in, so I invited her to come up and see your place and she liked it a lot (who wouldn't). We will definitely contact you if I decide to visit Molokai again.
