This 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located on a tidal creek and on the 15th fairway of the Ocean Point Golf Course and has some of the most spectacular views on the island. There is a screened porch on the back of the house with a table and chairs that seats 6-8 guests, and takes advantage of the views and ocean breezes. Deer often come by to feed in the morning and evening. The house was remodeled in 2005 and first came on the rental market in 2006. Most of the furniture is new, except for a few family pieces. It is decorated in bright colors and a tropical theme.
The Master bedroom with private bath features a King mahogany canopy rice bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The King and Queen beds feature 300-500 count cotton linens. Each bathroom features 2 sinks.
The house is a stroll to the ocean on the sound, where you can fish and crab, and a short golf cart ride to the best beach access on the island. It is located on a quiet street with little traffic.

Dear Mathews, We had a great time again this year. Your place is very nicely remodeled and our kids love it. We saw a very large alligator (13 ft long) at the pond behind the house (not the tidal creek). Have a great year. Thanks again!

Hi Annemarie and Matt We knew you were coming so we left a few things in the hope that you could use them. We really enjoyed our stay and particularly loved the porch - we spent a lot of time there-also had some wonderful shrimp from Gay Shrimp Co. Al played a couple of rounds of golf.
