Luxurious townhome is beautifully decorated and uniquely appointed. Located in New Park Resort, adjacent to Redstone Towne Center. Completed in November of 2005 and features two master bedroom, three full baths and a loft area. It will sleep up to eight people. Features unobstructed views of Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Ski Resorts as well the 1,200 acre Swaner Nature Preserve just off the back patio and balcony. This townhome is walking distance to upscale shopping boutiques and restaurants. 5 minutes to major park city ski resorts and old town main street.
This townhome has been furnished with art work featured by local artists and complete with decor and accessories from local shops. The private hot tub is a great place to unwind after a long day of skiing or shopping while enjoying the incredible views. There are three flat screen LCD televisions, all with DVD/VCR players. This home features wireless high-speed internet service with a PC connected to the flat screen in the living room, surf the internet with your PC or ours! The surround sound brings your media to life. The Kitchen features gourmet touches. Slab granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The floors are Hickory and the cabinets are Alder wood. Slate flooring greets you in the entrance. Upstairs features two master bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The larger master suite has a beautiful deck and incredible mountain views through the wall of glass. The loft area has a full-size daybed and is appointed perfectly. Shuttle service available to all local ski resorts.

We stayed in this condo during summer of 2010. July and August.......my husband needs hot tub for his arthritis; the hot tub was not working.... We were told not to contact the mantainance person Jeff had referred us to to come to condo to do any more repairs.....such as screen doors that did not stay on sliders, broken hot tub...and that if we didn't like it, we could leave. Warning; if you stay in this condo, be sure and take out insurance thru VRBO. We didn't that year...but learned the importance of it. We just returned from staying in this condo last week. We were disappointed. The condo was not as nice as the pictures. I would describe it as "worn". It was not very clean and one of the bedrooms was very cold while the other was warm all week. We arrived to an empty hot tub as well. We had the opportunity to stay in Jeff's vacation home and we were very pleased with the unit and the service of the rental agent and the owner. Jeff, we really enjoyed our stay in your townhouse during our Christmas vacation. Your home is lovely and has all the aminities that skiers require. We stayed here during the entire month of July 2007. This is an elegant townhouse. If you're looking for a place to stay at just any condo this is not the place for you. This is a top-class vacation home replete with amenities that are not normally found in vacation rentals. The words and pictures on the site are not hype,in fact,they underestimate the property.
