Location: Marsh Harbour, Abaco, Abaco Islands, Bahamas, Caribbean (Marsh Harbour tourist area across from marina)
Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)
Keywords: Condominium
Start your day enjoying coffee on your covered porch, looking at the beach and turquoise water, watching boats and yachts go in an out of the Boat Harbour and absorbing the feel of being in the tropics. Feel at home in our island getaway, fully equipped and waiting for you.
A short stroll down the driveway puts you right on the private beach where you can lay on a lounge chair under a palm tree. Or, you can snorkel right off the beach in the clear water of the Sea of Abaco. There also is fabulous snorkeling at Mermaid Reef, a short distance away – or walk a block and sign up at the dive shop for a snorkel or scuba trip. Although you feel secluded from the world, you are conveniently located and an easy walk to shops, restaurants, local ferries taking you to the Out Islands and boat, car and bike rentals. Many restaurants feature Bahamian style cooking, offer umbrella drinks and have beautiful views. For groups, arrangements can be made for additional condos.
Marsh Harbour is a great location for exploring all the Abacos have to offer. And since the Abacos run at a much slower pace, it’s a perfect getaway destination.

Why the Owner Chose Marsh Harbour
We purchased this property because we love the slower pace of life in the Bahamas and this condo was so convenient to everything. Taxi's are reasonable but we can walk to almost everything - including the grocery store, liquor store, bakery, hardware store and bank - as well as all the shops and restuarants. There is "no problem" when we are in the Bahamas. And we LOVE the water!

My husband and I loved staying here, the condo was clean, comfortable and everything looked just like the pictures posted on the site. The private beach area is gorgeous! The condo owners were very helpful in answering all my questions. We went snorkling and that was great. We found Marsh Harbour to be the perfect, private and relaxing get away we needed ... we definitely would stay here again!!
