You will be amazed at the view from your pool area. Our vacation rental is a beautifully decorated, three bedroom, two bath home that backs on to a lake with a conservation area lush with wildlife.
Share your breakfast with the eagles and alligators. Spend the day at the park or shopping and return to a solar heated pool (conventional heating also available). Relax and watch the Floridian sun rise behind the trees!
This three bedroom, two bath home is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It has a spacious, extended, double living area with sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully-equipped, all linens are provided, and we have a local management team on hand to assist you with all you need for a perfect vacation in Florida.
Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
Creekside is ideally situated with Wal Mart 24 Hour Superstore just round the corner, and the World's #1 attraction, Disney World only 10 minutes away!
Sea World and Universal Studios are 20 minutes by car as is Orlando International Airport.
Sanford Airport is just 45 minutes.

This was an excellent place to stay. The pool looks over a creek area and it is so very tranquil and peaceful...especially during the week. The home is just as the pictures depict. It is very clean...I did not see any bugs the entire stay. The location is centrally located to almost everything. I don't think I can stay in a hotel again after staying here....I will be backRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Sometimes, words alone don’t do justice to how truly fantastic a place is – this villa is one of those places. We’ve been to Florida a few times now, and every trip has been good, but there have always been small problems with the villa – internet not working, pool heating broken, and so on. This was an absolute dream for us – the booking was simple and straightforward, with great communication with Charlie throughout. When we got to Florida, picking up the keys from Magical Memories was simple and straightforward, and close to the Villa – but the best was still yet to come. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed and more, the bed and furniture extremely comfy, the pool was a perfect temperature (mid to high 80’s) and the location ideal. Within a short drive of anything and everything, a Walmart nearby, and a different world in the lake out the back – we saw various types of bird, squirrels, and had regular visits from a ‘gator who regularly swap up and down the lake. In summary, the location is ideal, facilities are perfect, wildlife is beautiful and there’s nothing we’d ever change if it was ours. The only recommendation I’d make is to listen to Charlie’s advice on where to eat – he really does know the place well and makes excellent recommendations. If I could mark this place 6 out of 5, I would!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have had a wonderful time at Charlie's home. We enjoyed the location and the setup of this place. Not too many frills but perfect price. Nice wildlife view from pool area. Even though we didn't spend as much time as we would have wanted to spend at home, our time there was peaceful and perfect. We wish we could have stayed for a bit longer. We will defintely love to stay at this house in our future visit to Orlando AreaRecommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I hesitate to give a review, because this house is a gem. But Charlie, the owner, is so nice and caring that he deserves my letting others know about how wonderful it is. I selected this house mainly based on the prior reviews. And this home is everything the prior reveiws stated. My additions are that my wife and I found the house very clean, cleaner than even the best hotels. All furniture is in excellent condition and the home is very well stocked. All we needed was liquid dish soap and shampoo. Found a few tiny dead bugs upon arrival (it is Florida of course) but never saw a live bug or rodent the 3 weeks we were there. My other main concern was the sanitation of the pool. So I came with a test kit and the pool past all 7 tests. I was surprised and pleased. Once again something better than most hotels. The pool goes from 3' to 5'deep. So if you have very little ones maybe bring floatation jackets to be safe. My wife and I spent a lot of time at the house and the view was everything we hoped for. Instead of looking at a fence and neighbors we got to see a small lake with only a forest on the other side. Saw loads of water birds and of course alligators. Now, so you come prepared, my only surprise was the occasional noise when sitting on the lanai. The pool pump runs all daylight hours. It was not that loud though. There is what sounds like an outdoor shooting range in the distance. But it sounds like only one user at a time, doesn't last long, and is very seldom used. Finally, the airport is just past the trees. It too seems to be an on again, off again, noise maker. Some days it is active and other days very few flights. The planes though are small only and are fun to watch. I mainly bring the above up so you come prepared for it. In my mind it is so minor it is not a negative. Since ANY motel is way worse. At nights all is very quiet. All of the above won't matter at all if you spend your days at the parks. The drive to a Disney park takes about 20 minutes. But Rt 192 was not that bad at all for traffic, way better than it was 10 or 20 years ago. And you have to keep in mind that your car will be parked in the home's garage saving you lots of time compared to walking from a motel room to your car in their parking lot. This house is a gem. I can highly recommend it. The owner really cares for it and about your stay here. You don't have to hesitate to stay here. We have been going to FL just about every year for the past 20 years. First we stayed with family, then as our family grew we stayed in hotels, then timeshare condos and finally single family homes. Hands down the vacation experience in a private single family home with it's own pool is far superior. The scary part of going this route is trusting the owner enough to send them your money. You are afraid when you get to the address that the house will be a huge disappointment or worse... not even there. You worry that it may be a scam until you arrive and everything works out. This is not a scam. We found this house through an online listing. It is wonderful. The house is in great condition, is clean and has the perfect location. It has it's own private pool where we sit outside and look out over the lake. Behind the lake is woods. It's beautiful and so relaxing for those days when you don't visit the parks. The lake has alligators (which sounds scary, but the kids love see them live in nature). They even named them. In the morning you can even sometimes see cute little armadillos walk by. The neighborhood appears to be mostly owner-lived. It feels safe and clean. It is located close to a Super Walmart, Disney and I-4. Most of the attractions are within 1/2 hour drive. The owner, Charlie is an honest, wonderful man who cares that you have a great stay. Once we discovered this house we have chosen this home away from home exclusively. We look forward to our next visit. It's a nice comfortable feeling knowing that we are dealing with a man we can trust and will be staying in such a nice home.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

From the minute we walked in to this lovely home we knew we had made the right decision. This home has a very nicely appointed kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, a beautfiul view and a private enclosed pool!!! The house is located in a nice area of Orlando/Kissimmee and is truly no more than 10 minutes in either direction for all attractions! The home was very clean as was the pool and it was so nice to return after a busy day at the parks and feel at home and relaxed. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing for a better alternative to those expensive and noisy hotels.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

After a hectic week in the Keys, it was lovely to be able to relax and enjoy your beautiful home. we were close enough to the attractions, shopping and supermarket. The pool was wonderful, and the view across the lake lovely..we heard some very strange noises coming from around the lake, and were fascinated by the wildlife. The house was very clean and well maintained. We would recommend the house as it gives you the freedom to do what you want, when you want. To be able to come home after a long day in the park and just chill around the pool is our idea of heaven. My family and I spent a week in November at this lovely home & had a wonderful time. The home is lovely and very roomy. Extremly conveniant to Hwy 192 and all the attractions. And when you are on a budget, the price couldn't be better. Thanks Charlie, for a wonderful place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Unbelievable value! My sister and I brought our daughters for a gymnastics competition and were extremely pleased with the house. House was very large with nice size bedrooms. Private pool and garage were very nice additions. Owner was extremely nice to work with. Our only problem was with the air conditioning not working properly but notified management. Location was quick access to all the entertainment venues and still out of way enough to relax. Shopping was very handy as well. WOuld definitely stay at this location again.Recommended for: Families with young children.
