This townhome is a 3 level, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mountainside accommodation located in a quiet area of Whistler Creekside, which offers ski-in/ski-out access to the Whistler Creekside gondola, at the base of the 2010 Olympic downhill and Super G runs. A one minute walk from the doorway will take you to the point of access (i.e., the place where you put on or take off your skis or board) to the access trails.
The unit will sleep 6 persons very comfortably, 7 maximum. The master bedroom (top floor) has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom (top floor) has a double bed. Both these bedrooms have decks with great mountain views. The third bedroom (first floor) has a bunk bed, with a twin on top, and a double on the bottom. All of these bedrooms have new (2005) high end mattresses selected for a good night's sleep after a hard day on the slopes. The living room sofa also has a fold out double bed.
Both of the bathrooms have showers, and the 1st floor bathroom has heated tile floors. The upstairs shower has two shower heads The kitchen also has a heated tile floor, and is fully equipped, including fresh coffee beans, grinder, and many other special touches. The dining room is perfect for a romantic dinner for two, or a group of 7. The deck off the dining area has a new (2007)Weber gas barbecue. There are 2 TVs, one of which is a (2004) 32" Sony, with a VCR, 2 DVD players, and full cable. The west coast fireplace is woodburning, and logs are provided. A washer-dryer (new 2008) is available for drying wet gloves, or doing a full load of laundry. The living room sofa is very comfortable! There is a large storage locker by the front door for wet skis and snowboards. Our best apres ski feature is the new (2006) 6 person hot tub on the back deck. It is outdoor, covered, and private.
Our condo is located in a quiet complex just above the Creekside Gondola. It is very private, and has great mountain views. You will be a 10 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) from all services, including 24 hour grocery store, restaurants, ski/snowboard shops, video store, bank, BC liquor store, gas stations, and Starbuck’s Coffee. A 5 minute drive gets you to the main Whistler Village, also accessible by bus.
