About the owner: We have a deep connection with the house and the position where it is situated. We have old friends in the area, summer residents such as ourselves with ties to the local arts/music scene. We maintain the property ourselves and with the help of few local trusted people.
We are personally very involved. We would like to have other people such as friends and visitors enjoy the house as much as we do. We offer comfortable rustic setting with original Maine feel. We are among the few rental properties on the block. Therefore we also try to protect guests' and neighbors' privacy and we maintain a 'do it yourselves' system.. less commercial and more personal.
Why the Owner Chose Rockport: Our ties with the local artists' community date from over 50 yrs ago.We like to maintain these relationships and the memories with the house.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage: Beautiful nature, silence, song of birds, sound of water, great light and colors, great air.
