Kitchen and looking toward dining area - Home near Annapolis, Maryland This charming cottage with a lighthouse looking top is located right on the water in Kent Island(just across the water from Annapolis) five minutes from Chesapeake Bay Bridge and quick and easy access to Annapolis, on a half acre of land. You have your own private beach and driveway. You have 180 degrees of wonderful views of the water from sliding glass doors that wrap the entire front and sides of the cottage. The front room or family room is very spacious and great for relaxation or entertaining. The lighthouse top is also a bedroom or bedroom office with sliding windows that wrap completely around with 360-degree views. $500 downpayment required to secure dates. The rest paid 1 week prior to rental.
Security deposit (authorization only) at time of rental $500.
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Checks(must be sent in earlier to clear).
Property privately owned.  Sorry, no pets permitted.
Owner will handle all final payments, refunds and access.
When payment is confirmed, owner will forward all necessesary information to you.
