This lovely villa is complete with everything needed to enhance your pleasant stay. Whether or not you play golf, you will enjoy a waterfront view of the 5th hole on this beautifully landscaped golf course. There's so much to do and see in the Orlando area or you can just sit and relax, watching the golfers or cooling off in the pool - directly across the street. Just a couple blocks away you'll find the club house, restaurant, and golf shop, exercise room, tennis courts, and play area. Southern Dunes is a beautiful, gated community with 24 hr security and yet it's close to several amusement parks, shopping, movies and great restaurants.
There are 2 queen size bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with twin beds. We have 4 cable TVs, DVD/CD players, books, puzzles, playing cards and board games. We even have his and her bicycles ready to go. The full kitchen has everything you need to complete your stay - even wine glasses. We have pool toys, floats, fold up chairs and a BBQ grill. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience along with an iron and ironing board.
All this and just minutes away from...Cypress Gardens Adventure Park, Historic Bok Sanctuary, International Drive, Mall shopping, Fantasy of Flight, Frank Lloyd Wright Architecture and of course, Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.
Just a short drive from...Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, Museum of Science and Industry, Kennedy Space Center, Florida's Gulf and Atlantic Beaches.

We love to get away to the "Dunes" any chance we get. It's a great place to relax, play golf, go shopping or see a movie and it's just minutes from Orlando. Since we can't be there all the time, we've made it available to other families who want to get away from it all too. Hope you will consider our place for your next vacation.

We love to play golf at Southern Dunes, Diamond Back and Royal St. Cloud. We also enjoy eating at one of the best restaurants around - Manny's Chop House. You have to get there early or call ahead to get a table. The place is packed all the time and the food is great.
