Why the Owner Chose Marina Vallarta
We chose Puerto Vallarta because it has all the conveniences of a city yet it maintains it's small-town atmostphere. We both have family in Guadalajara which is the capital of the state of Jalisco. We administer the condo ourselves. We chose Portofino because of the location. Marina Vallarta is a very secure area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Being so close to the airport allows you to reduce your travel time. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset everyday right from inside the condo. Your can see the cruise ships and the pirate ship from the balcony. The pirate ship has fire works every night. Many times you can see them right from the balcony. Taxis on-call to drop off and pick-up at the lobby by just calling security guard at gate. Bus stop is walking distance from the condo.

Armando & Lupita Michel. Armando is originally from Mexico and I am from Santa Barbara California. We met in Guadalajara and got married in 1977. Moved to the US in 1989. We currently live in Phoenix and visit Puerto Vallarta every chance we yet.
