  The location is great. You do have to walk down some stairs to get to the beach. We loved the large grass lawn. We played volleyball almost every night. The house is very comfortable. We had a group of 26 and had enough room for everyone. Having your own private pool is also a plus. When we wanted a break from the beach it was nice to have a pool at the house. The location is in Seagrove. So Seaside, Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest beach is close by. This is our 4th summer in Seagrove and we will be back! If you have children be sure to visit the Sugar Shak in Rosemary. Stinky's Fish Camp is also a great casual restaurant to eat at. Order the Stinky Stew. Also bring your bikes!

  I recently had my wedding at this house, renting the next-door Above It All as well. We were there for a full week with the wedding on Saturday, and our families and the entire 14-person bridal party with their families stayed in these two houses. We held the reception on the Lawn on Saturday, with a large 30x50' tent (it could fit larger). For what we were doing, the layout was perfect: Triple Crown has 3 completely separate units, and Above It All has 2. This provides some privacy and separation, but everyone is just next door. Each unit has a full kitchen and living area as well, which is nice for so many people. Each is decorated uniquely, and while each bedroom is different (space, closets, windows), they are all nice and fairly comparable. The Lawn was a huge draw as well, since that seems to be fairly uncommon in the area. It is right behind the house, and (mostly) fenced in. There were a lot of children present, and the Lawn and fences made it easy to feel safer about them running around. The end of the lawn has a short boardwalk to the beach, so it's only a few hundred feet total. The beach is a bit farther than other houses I've stayed at, but the benefit of having a large grassy lawn outweigh the distance. There are lights on the lawn as well, so night volleyball and other sports was a popular activity. Even if you don't want to host a reception on the lawn, it is much nicer than the nearby houses with gravel surrounding them. Overall I was very pleased with how everything turned out. I can't imagine finding a better setup for my wedding. It was a blast for everyone who was there the whole week, and a lovely venue for the reception itself. I was also impressed that the owners seemed to stop by almost daily, watering the lawn, cleaning the pool, or fixing things. I would definitely recommend this house for large groups and/or weddings.

  We loved our stay at Triple Crown and Above It All! It was wonderful to have everyone close together and to be able to enjoy the Lawn and the private beach access. The pools were clean and wonderful too! Everyone commented on how nicely decorated the houses were! We loved big family dinners on rooftop of Above it All. I loved seeing dolphins almost every day! Amazing trip! Great location right in the heart of Seagrove Beach with excellent access to Seaside and the rest of 30A! Can't wait to come back!

  From the first time that I stepped on the property, I knew this would be the place to have my wedding. On September 24th of this year, that took place. We brought our families to Seagrove and rented Triple Crown and Above it All. It was all and much more than I expected. Our wedding was the most beautiful wedding some had ever seen (that's what they were saying). It was the perfect location, perfect houses for our families == a true gem. The owners are amazing..   We truly enjoyed our stay at Triple Crown. The property is very well maintained and the unique separate units allow each family to have a "space" of their own, but easily join in the fun of having cook outs, trips to the beach, volleyball in the lawn etc. Also the lawn is a great feature especially for those who have children that have more energy at the end of the day than maybe some of the older ones. Overall we have not found better place to bring our very large group anywhere on 30A and we have been coming to this area for almost 20 years. We will definitely do it again!!

  This is the second summer that our family of 11 adults and 12 children have stayed at Triple Crown. I would rate the entire visit as 4 star +. The property is well maintained but does show wear and tear and my comments take that into consideration. Minor issues were faulty WIFI connections. The one base station needed to be rebooted daily to give service. Although the kitchens were well stocked some of the items need replacement. Some broken knives etc. The TV's in rooms need some considstancy in that some are new and large and others are older models and small. Owner was responsive to comments and we would recommend this to other large families. Beach and yard were fine. Family enjoyed the home again.

  We had another wonderful week at the Triple Crown! This is our third time at the Triple Crown and we love it. We come for a large family reunion and Triple Crown is the only place we have found that provides the perfect setting. A beautiful beach within a couple minutes walk, a private pool, and an ideal way for us all to be together under one roof. We enjoy coffee on the decks every morning overlooking the ocean and can all share dinner together between the large dining areas, and the deck. We love the addition of the large "pilgrim" table down below too! This house is ideal for sharing time with a large group yet it provides lots of places to go sit on your own and enjoy a book and some quiet time. The house is clean, well maintained and the one time we had a service request they were out within the hour (even though we assured them we were in no hurry at all!) We'll be back!

  This was one of if not the best trip ever! The wonderful house allowed individual space but also great commons areas. The lawn was perfect, we enjoyed all kinds of games. The pool was great. A+

  We filled Triple Crown with about 28 people (members of the wedding party and their guests) for our daughter's wedding recently. What a gorgeous place and so perfect for this event. The property was clean and the lawn was beautifully landscaped and manicured. Karen and Bev (the owners) are great to work with. The groom's family rented the house next door, "Above It All," and we shared the lawn for the rehearsal dinner one night and the reception the next. Perfect. Great nearby restaurants all along 30-A, some within walking distance, like Cafe 30-A, Flip-Flops (great burgers) and others. 2 minute drive into Seaside. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place for a wedding venue. We held the wedding down the steps on the beach, and the caterers moved the chairs back up to the reception immediately after the ceremony. Just gorgeous. My only "complaint" is that we had to pay $200 extra to get a late check-out time (noon instead of 10 a.m.) because of the delay it caused the housekeepers. But we drove by the house several times that afternoon and never saw any housekeepers, so they obviously didn't need to clean that day, and the fee seemed unnecessary. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! (I only recommend it for weddings, though. The 32 steps down to the beach make it a little less accessible than I like for just relaxing at the beach, especially if you've got small children to carry up and down.)

  I had forgotten about this home until I was just asked if I knew of a rental in the area. Our whole family stayed here for Thanksgiving week a few years ago. It's a great home, with ample room and responsive owners. Nice pool and ample kitchen supplies to actually cook with as you would at home. Located practically on the beach and about 20 mins or so from Destin. Great shopping outlet right by Sandestin as well. We really loved this place and would stay again if we do another in that area.
