There are 3 separate units that combine together to make up the TEN BEDROOMS,NINE BATHS 5550 square foot, three-story Beach house. Each suite has its own private kitchen, den, dining areas, bedrooms and washer/dryer units. You can enjoy great Unobstructed Gulf Views from this beach home with large covered decks off the back of the house which allow easy access from one unit to the other. Loaded with extras this home could satisfy any group, big or small. "Triple Crown" divides into 3 separate units (A,B &C) providing three living rooms and three kitchens. The A & B units each have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The C unit (Penthouse) has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Located in the Seaside-Seagrove area you are sure to find plenty of shopping, dining and children's activities to satisfy your every need in walking distance. Plenty of parking for large groups including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and reunions. Units A & B are identical and have 2 King size beds and 4 twin bunk beds each. Unit C (Penthouse) has 1 King, and 3 Queen beds. Units B & C have sleeper sofas in the den areas as well. Smoking or pets are NOT permitted.
