This incredible property called "Triple Crown" is located on a super large GULF FRONT lot. Only thing between this house and the beach is a wonderful GREEN GRASSED LAWN that can be used for special events or just for fun. There is plenty of parking available, great gulf views, private beach access, and a LARGE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL that can be heated for a small nominal charge.
There are 3 separate units that combine together to make up this TEN BEDROOMS,NINE BATHS 5550 square foot, three-story Beach house. Each suite has its own private kitchen, den, dining areas, bedrooms and washer/dryer units. You can enjoy great Unobstructed Gulf Views from this beach home with large covered decks off the back of the house which allow easy access from one unit to the other. Loaded with extras this home could satisfy any group, big or small.
"Triple Crown" divides into 3 separate units (A,B &C) providing three living rooms and three kitchens. The A & B units are identical in their floorplan and each have 3 bedrooms, Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Unit B does have one bedroom and bathroom that is handicapped accessible and has a Queen sleeper sofa located in the den. The C unit (Penthouse) has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and is solely located on the entire 3rd floor. There are a total of 7 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 4 sets of bunk beds, and 2 Queen Sleeper sofas. They breakdown as follows:
