Nestled in the awe-inspiring panorama of the spectacular Northern shore of the Garden Isle of Kauai, is our villa, upon Kauai's newest premier estates and in close proximity to Kauai's most gorgeous beaches, Hawaii's #1 golf course (The Prince), most scenic sunset cocktail spot (The Princeville Hotel), outstanding restaurants, and shopping center, Princeville Spa and Health Club.

With almost 2000 sq ft of impeccably designed Hawaiian interior, elegant furnishings, and pool area we offer the luxury of a hotel at an affordable price. Being a new private gated community with onsite manager you feel secure and confident that all amenities including the Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ are kept to the highest standard every day. As the house is a second home for the owners the house is always kept to the highest standard of cleaning and fresh supplies.
There are 2 master suites downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs. All bathrooms are elegantly decorated with black granite. One of the master en-suite bathrooms has a Jacuzzi tub. There is 1 King size bed and 2 Queen sized bed. Have Romantic breakfasts and dinners on the upstairs private LANAI facing the golf course. Relax in the evenings in front of the massive flat screen TV with BLUE-RAY DISC.
For the executive that like to keep in touch whilst on vacation we also supply Wireless High Speed DSL Internet that is available throughout the house! Please ask for the details.
Policies:
Strictly no smoking, no shoes, no Pets of any kind. No Surf Board. Additional fees: Hawaii tax and $200 cleaning fee.
Deposits:
We update the rate and have the best price on the website. We are not offering any special discounts or house exchanges.
There is a $300 deposit for each week due at time of booking. Minimum deposit $500. Full payment due 60-90 days prior to check (depend on the booking date). Extended stays longer than one month have varying deposit requirements. We do not take any checks.
Refunds:
We do not charge extra deposit in advance, like most management companies. Deposit is part of your payment, so there will be nothing to refund unless there was damage during your stay. The House Manager will check the unit after your stay.
For cancellation after paying initial your deposit, there will be 6% credit card fee deducted.

This unit is fantastic. It's clean, spacious, perfect situated. Short distance to beach. Pool, Etc. We came here with small kids, and they loved it. This is probably the best place to stay on Kauai.

This modern villa has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. It’s an absolutely fantastic home located right on the Makai golf course with beautiful views, quick access to the pool, and plenty of room for guests. We highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Princeville!!

We loved our stay. The unit was large, extremely comfortable, and very clean. There were two beautiful master suites with private bathrooms on the lower level, and another nice bedroom with nearby full bath on the upper living level. The photos looked almost too good to be true, but the unit is as beautiful as the photos suggest. We spent one week in the Poipu area prior to spending two weeks at the Villas of Kamilii, and we actually preferred the Villas even though our Poipu condo was right on the ocean. We had much more room at the Villas and Unit #3 was much cleaner than our condo in Poipu. We also appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer, the private garage, and the convenient walking trails.

me and my family stayed here and it was the perfect place, you settle in quickly and before long it feels like your home and you never want to leave! complete with all the amenities and located in the most beautiful area of the island! this is my second time staying here - I will definitely be back here again...and again! I highly recommend booking your stay here over any hotel!

My wife & I were very lucky to choose the unit which was Private, spacious, quiet and in a great location in Princeville. The views were amazing from each room and you can walk through to the Princeville Makai Golf Course from 2 of the Master Bedrooms. The Jacuzzi and Swimming pool are private, clean and quiet and just a few steps away from the unit. It was nice to use the shared BBQ grill in the pool area and have dinner on the Lanai.
