***Our slopeside, Copper Mountain condo extensive remodel was completed in early 2008. The remodel includes solid granite countertops in the kitchen & bath, a new bathroom vanity, high-end Kohler faucets in the kitchen & bath, a new dining room table and fresh paint throughout the condo.***
A true ski in/ski out slope-side Copper Mountain "Gold" condominium located in Tucker Mountain Lodge. Don't be fooled by other condos that claim they are "slope side". Take a look at our pictures- they speak for themselves. This condominium overlooks the American Flyer high-speed quad (four person) chair lift. See the link below for access to our blog containing additional pictures of the condo. The blog also contains YouTube videos of the condo! See to believe!
Tucker Mountain is one of the newest buildings in the Village at Copper Mountain and is located just steps (50 yards) away from the American Flyer high speed chair lift. Don't be fooled by other condos that claim they are slope side.
For example, Passage Point is approximately 1/4 mile from the slopes and yet many of the condos are advertised as "slope side". If you're lucky, a Passage Point condo might face the slopes, but 50% of those condos are less than 200 yards from I-70. The only "gold" Copper Mountain properties that are slopeside are Tucker Mountain Lodge and Copper One. There are very few 1BR/1BA SLOPESIDE condos in Tucker Mountain Lodge and Copper One. The architects reserved slopeside views for the larger, much more expensive, condos. Our view is one of a kind!
Before you rent any other condo, email me and I will give you an unbiased opinion of where your prospective condo is located and how far you are from the slopes. Once you leave our building, you only have to walk 50 yards to the American Flyer lift. At the end of the day, ski down to the base of the mountain right up to the cobblestone walkway in front of our condo.
Kick off you skis, place them in your own secure ski locker inside the heated locker room located on the first floor of our building. Take the elevator to our condo, put on your swim suit, grab a cold beverage and head to the outdoor hot tub.
Tucker Mountain Lodge is designed as a rustic back-country retreat, entering the lobby of Tucker Mountain Lodge will make you feel like you have just stepped into a historic National Park Lodge!
Our condo features a warm river-rock fireplace and amenities include a huge outdoor hot tub. There is also an exercise room located on the first floor which includes a sauna, weight machine, two exercise bikes, one treadmill, and one elliptical trainer. Our condo includes the following:
* Slope side to the American Flyer Lift * One-car heated underground garage parking * Outdoor hot tub * First floor heated private ski locker on plaza/ski lift level so you won't have to take your skis up and down the elevator.
When you arrive at Copper, you can park your car and leave it parked until you depart if you desire. There's an elevator that will take you from the underground parking garage to the fourth floor where our condo is located. Everything you need is within walking distance from our condominium including restaurants, shops, and night clubs. There is a new Starbucks located a short walk from our condo- exit the lobby, cross the covered bridge and you are standing next to Starbucks.
Tucker Mountain Lodge is one of newest and best maintained building in the Center Village. Our condo is highly appointed, and extremely homey. We have created a home with all the luxuries and then some: high-end linens, coffee maker, ample dinnerware, stemware, pots & pans and cooking utensils. While the condo was built in 2000, we remodeled the place in 2007 & 2008 to include solid granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, a new vanity in the bathroom, high-end Kohler faucets in the bathroom & kitchen, new dining room table and fresh paint throughout. As a result of the remodel, this is the nicest 1B/1B unit in Tucker Mountain Lodge.
