Paula and Kelly, Once again we thank you for a wonderful time spent in your lovely cabin. We'll always treasure the memories of the time we've spent feeding & watching the birds from the back porch. Sadly this will likely be our last visit, only because the beauty of this place has helped lead to us moving up here. We will however strongly suggest to anyone vacationing up here that is the ONLY place to stay. Thank you again and God Bless.

As always we hate to leave the mountains! Time spent in there is never enough. The last visit here was with one of my best friends, and it was her first experience in the Murphy area. This time I brought my husband. He too enjoyed your cabin and our days exploring in NC. and Georgia. I'm sure we'll return so expect my e-mail in the future. He loved the peace and quiet.

Kelly and Paula, This is such a relaxing place. We spent two days just being lazy here reading and enjoying the quiet. The waterfalls on the way to Highlands were wonderful. Locally we enjoyed the Trivia on Wed/Thurs. night at Shoe Booties. Best of all was the Thanksgiving buffet at Brasstown Lodge. We hope to come back many times in the very near future. Thanks you for sharing your get a way with us.

This is a perfect place to refresh and regroup! Of all the cabins on the website we feel blessed to have found this one. Secluded but not isolated. The owners thought of everything to make visitors feel at home and comfortable. The cabin was spotless and in order to keep it that way, cleaning equipment and supplies were readily available. We visited to enjoy the Fall season and “decompress” and spent much time on the back porch listening to the quiet – we especially enjoyed using the fire pit in the evenings. Even directions to the cabin were right-on and easy to navigate. We will definitely visit again! Ray & Wanda Wingo, KSC area, Florida We enjoyed visiting the John B. Campbell art school, the Hiawassee Dam, and beautiful drive along the Nantahala River. Mostly, we enjoyed the Fall colors and the quiet!

Breezy Oaks was a perfect place to get away from it all. Our favorite place was coffee on the back porch every morning and evening. The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable in a quiet area. Great places to eat in Murphy - we loved Shoe Booties. My husband is a fly fisherman and loved the area rivers - Fires Creek was a favorite. Visited John C Campbell folk school and shops but also spent time just reading and relaxing. It was a great week and we hope to return to this cabin next year. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with others!

We recently spent a week in this beautiful cabin!! One of the best things about it was the property. Just sitting outside was so peaceful and the nights around the fire pit were relaxing!! We had a great stay and can not wait to go back!

The cabin, grounds and surrounding area were even more beautiful than the pictures! We had a terriffic time whether we were bird watching on the back porch, browsing the flea markets, antique shops and craft school shops, touring the Biltmore Estate, golfing, dining out, or white water rafting! We had a very full and enjoyable week and hope to go back again next year. We will certainly recommend it to our friends. Thanks, Paula, for this wonderful experience.

The mountains, with their cool shady forests are a welcomed change from Florida. Our favorite day was when we followed rt. 64 to Dry Falls- which are not dry at all! You can walk under the falls and not get wet! There is a popular swimming hole on the way there too. I just wish we had spent at least one day just hanging out in this comfy cabin. Oh well, maybe next year.

Our sixth visit in 5 years and everyone just as fulfilling and enchanting as the first. The kids really love it here as much as we do. They got to meet champ their new puppy and old diesel came by for a visit as well. On Thursday we had a light dusting of snow our second time in these mountains. The relaxation and slow pace beauty is priceless. We will probably be back in early October god willing. Thanks for everything!!!

Paula & Kelly, Thank you for providing such a beautiful oasis for our vacation. We've been vacationing in the area for 8 years now and this is by far the best cabin we've had the pleasure of staying in. I absolutely love the back porch with all the fans.The beds, especially the master, was absolutely the most comfortable ever as well as the shower heads. We definitely will be back and recommend to friends. As you know, DirectTv has not fixed the satellites to where the bedroom is operational. Also, as a note, I hope they did not cause the ink spot (in front of the master bedroom on carpet) It was there when we arrived. I have a pi if needed. Thanks again.

Heard " Shape note" singing at the John C Campbell Folk School, checked out the shops at Brasstown, Craft fair at Hayesville, rode the Blue Ridge (GA) scenic RR to McCaysville GA/ Copperhill, TN- the two towns are side by side. Blue Ridge a cute town, easy drive from here on route 60. (Gas is cheaper in GA!) Love the Gibson Shoe store in Andrews- got some great bargains. Most enjoyable was lounging around in this wonderful cabin and serene setting.

Our 5th visit. Yes 5th visit!! This week was our best. We've been here so many times, we have now meet all of the year-long residents. Everyone has been friendly and gracious. This was our 4th 1 week visit to the cabin,obviously we have fallen in love with the place,and will probably be coming back for our fifth visit in January or February to test the cooler climate.Relocation maybe in the future.Exerything about this place and Murphy in general is cool.We have met some nice people Joe and Sue Kellerman.It is a very central location between northern Georgia and North Carolina and there are many beautiful points of interest to see.The cabin itself is clean and fully furnised all you need to bring is a good attitude and some clothes and enjoy.Over the years we have been to the mountains and to different locals all over Tennessee,Georgia and North Carolina and this is the best.5 Stars for us.Dennis,Dee,Bella And Beenie Zephyrhills,Fl.

Dec.27/06 –Jan. 3rd/07We started the year of 2007 in Murphy N.C. in this cabin and ended the year off 2006.Breezy Oaks was a very clean, cozy, nice harmony of relaxation along with matching furniture as good as it gets.
