This Spanish Hacienda is on 1/3 acre -- it's a unique, and private, place to entertain. A spacious 3000 square feet with three bedrooms, a large den, and an additional, dedicated office. Den has a TV and can also can be used as an extra office space with its DSL hookup and desk. Master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en suite, private bath, shower and tub. There are ** two full-size beds in a second bedroom, and a queen-size bed in the third bedroom with a Jack and Jill granite bathroom connecting the second and third bedrooms. This home features paver tiles throughout, except for the bedrooms which are carpeted. It boasts a great room with a brick wood burning fireplace, an entertainment unit with a stereo and TV. The kitchen has granite counters with a dining bar, and four barstools, two (yes, two) refrigerators, plus a large table with six chairs. The kitchen looks out to the huge courtyard with a bubbling fountain, already set up with seating for 24, (can accommodate more), and a built-in gas BBQ all set on rustic saltillo tile. There is an inside laundry room between the kitchen and the den.
The 20 by 40 foot pool is eight feet deep with a slide and attached spa in a fenced-in location. There is an abundance of fruit trees -- including tangerine, tangelo, orange, pink and white grapefruit, and even apple... Making your own juice in the morning is a real treat!
This citrus paradise is located in Rancho Mirage across from Thunderbird Country Club and surrounded by the Springs Country Club. It is a short distance to Eisenhower Hospital, and The River with its fine dining. Plus it is close to world-class shopping on El Paseo in Palm Desert and the Westfield Mall for shopping at Macy's and many other stores. Movie theaters, including an IMAX, and The McCallum Theatre for live entertainment are minutes away, and downtown Palm Springs is about 20 minutes away, as are the horse stables at Smoke Tree and Los Caballeros for horse enthusiasts.
