We spent a few weeks at this house over the holidays in 2011. The views are incredible and the access to the beach trail was perfect for us. Easy walk to the Pier area. The owners were helpful and accommodating. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Lots of storage. Nice televisions. This was a very nice property and we hope to rent it again in the future.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed at this lovely home in March of '08. The house is very close to the beach, in fact it is directly across a private street. It was so relaxing falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves every night and morning. The home has beautiful views from every room and is also a very short walk to the quaint San Clemente shopping district and the Pier. We all enjoyed staying there very, very much, epecially the kids ( age 11 through 15) since they were able to hang on the beach without the parents constantly watching them ( or so they thought, since mom and dad were directly across the street). If you are looking to rent in SAN Clemente, I would STRONGLY recomment this home. It had everything that you would want out of a beach house. We are surely going to come back.
