This single family residence is in a gated community on a private street with secluded beach, a short walk to the San Clemente pier via the beachfront walking/biking trail. Open the window and enjoy the sound of the ocean and surf at one of the greatest places in San Clemente to relax and enjoy the sunset, private beach and moon shining on the water. You need only to cross the street and you are at the beach. There are no long stairs to access tge beach, and there is no trouble parking as this is a gated community requiring a pass to enter community.

The wintertime is the best for seeing porpoise and the seals on seal rock. This home is close to all the things people like to do in the OC. If you enjoy peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Oh... and the surfing is great all year round. Very close to the famous Trestles and T-Street surfspots. We are located at The Hole surfspot. FYI, there is also a pool table and firepit for lots of fun!!
