The view is amazing. Loud lawnmower would wake you up in the morning on the golf course.. Usually every other day or so.. The view is to die for. Awesome. Also might be a good idea to upgrade to Bigger Flat Screens. OVerall a great experience

Very nice, clean, and spacious condo in a beautiful setting. Only complaint is that very loud lawn mowers from the golf course wake you up every morning at 4AM.
Recommended for:Sightseeing.

After 20+ years since my last trip to Kapalua and Maui, I was thrilled to find the same quiet elegance and peaceful environment in this Ridge Villa that I had so enjoyed previously. The spacious villa and the meticulously groomed grounds made it feel like a home away from home, and the staircase to the penthouse apartment was worth the short climb to enjoy a view to remember. With the north-facing balcony and the constant trade winds, we were always comfortable, and our days began on the lanai watching the sunrise to the east, (we didn't plan to be up that early, but it was worth it) and ended on the back balcony, watching the sunset to the west. Kapalua Bay was as great as I remembered with amazing snorkelling right off the beach, and most days we had the pool to ourselves. The Ritz Carlton Hotel is close and a nice place to go for dinner or drinks (though unless you are an exercise freak, take the car), but I missed the Kapalua Bay Hotel, and the Pineapple Grill was a disappointment. Some things do change, in 20 years. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would not hestitate to recommend this condo.

Everything was A1! The condo is well equipped, at less than 6 minutes walk from the beach, and 2 from the pool. Kapalua is very quiet and simply beautiful. The bedroom is large as is its own bathroom. Great living room and perfect kitchen. Balcony is large and gives a nice view on the see. Condo is built so you really have the impression that there is no neighbors adjacent to it (they were there but we didn't even notice. In other words, we've got more than expected. It's large enough to receive 4 guess without problem. It's 1 mile from the main road (hwy #30) so far enough not to hear anything and close enough to quickly hit the road. There was almost nobody at the pool were you can find BBQ, fridge to put your drink, shower and even a small library. When we've shown the pictures to our 13 and 16 years old daughters, they decided that they ABSOLUTELY NEEDED to go there... I would recommend it ever to my mother in law... Owners were very responsive and always have responded to all our questions before and during our renting. The Kapalua Ridge Villa staff that we meet were very polite.

We are back from our week in the Kapalua condo. It was wonderful. The condo is superb! We had mostly great weather, saw tons of whales, enjoyed the beaches and pools, very nice. The location and view are tops.
