BRING YOUR BOAT TO ORANGE BEACH! Free boat slip included! With white sandy beaches and inviting, warm Gulf water, Orange Beach has been a family favorite for generations. Enjoy fishing, specialty shops, boutiques, day spas, and fine cuisine served in a relaxed setting. The back bays and inlets provide a great place to fish for speckled trout. And because it is near the Pass connecting the Gulf and bays, The Pass at Orange Beach is the perfect location to launch a sport or deep-sea fishing boat.
This is the Florida experience we remember from years ago but with a modern, upscale twist. Like its sister towns, Perdido Key boasts sugar white sands and crystal water. Although boutiques and quaint eateries dot the landscape in Perdido Key, the area feels somewhat removed, enjoying a slower pace. Boating and fishing are naturals in this relaxed community.
The sunrises slowly each morning in a brilliant display. Gold skies give way to pink, pumpkin and finally the blue of day. If you are lucky enough to be here at this hour, you’ll hear the familiar call of seagulls hanging in the air. You may glimpse a brown pelican breaking the water’s surface in a brief, but impressive splash. The sand beneath you, smoothed from its night’s rest, carries you to the water’s edge.
At mid-morning, children can be seen scurrying along the beach like ghost crabs. Armed with bright buckets, they re-shape the sand to form castles with moats and turrets. Their imagination is without limit. And for a moment, so is yours. Such is the enchantment of this place called Orange Beach.

Beautiful Condo, wonderful layout. Worked fine for our stay. Too much noise generated by traffic in front of the condo. You cannot have the slider open to the outdoors, too noisy. Unit needs hand towels if providing bath towels. Also needed better cleaning. We bought bleach to clean mold from bathroom showers and shower curtains. Pool is in the shade of the sun during the middle of the day. Not ideal.Recommended for: Age 55+.

THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE VIEWS WERE AMAZING. ONLY GOD CAN CREATE SUCH BEAUTY!!! THERE WAS A VIEW OF THE BAY AND THE GULF FROM EVERY WINDOW AND DOOR. THE BOATS USED THE PASS MORNING AND EVENING AND WE ALSO VIEWED DOLPHINS EVERY MORNING. THE MANAGER WAS WONDERFUL . HE WENT ABOVE HIS DUTY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL STAY.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.
Owner response: The Lord does create beautiful master pieces! Thank you for all of your wonderful comments and we are so glad that you had a terrific time on your vacation! The Pass has such a lovely view, being able to see the beach, watch the waves crash, taking in the salty air, and watch as people come and go; it lets you know how alive the town is! We hope to hear from you again in the future!!

What an awesome view! Large wrap around balcony with views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass. The property is well maintained. The condo is almost 2000 sq/ft, so there was more than enough room for my wife, mother-in-law, two young kids, and I. We stayed for a month and it was like being at home away from home. All the beds were comfortable. I didn't see anything wrong with any of the furniture, so I don't know what the other people are complaining about. I took naps on every couch and recliner in the condo and had no problems sleeping. We spent a lot of time in the indoor heated pool and fishing on the pier. The pier has a large Tiki Hut with bathrooms, so if the kids get hot or tired of fishing (or your kids that have to go to the bathroom all the time like mine) then they can cool off or play under the Tiki Hut. For anyone that has a boat, you have your own boat slip that's assigned to the room. The complex, as a whole, has a quiet family type atmosphere compared to the “Sky Rises” you see everywhere along the Gulf Coast now. We've rented several houses (and condo's) on the beach in the past few years and this condo, off of the beach, beats them all. P.S. This unit DOES have private WiFi access which was fast.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you so much for your positive comments!!! It is always kind to have great and honest reviews. We hope that since you had such an awesome stay here at The Pass you will plan with us again and we hope we can always live up to your standards! Hope to see you next year!

We will return. We have been yearly visitors to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for past 20 yrs. Have owned a couple of condos and rented 3 others in the area over past 20 yrs. Unit 509 at THE PASS tops them all. The views from the balconies of Perdodo pass and the Gulf are spectacular views. The condo was the largest and one of the most comfortable we have stayed in. The manager of the condo went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. If one is looking to rent a 4 bedroom condo...I would highly urge you to condsider unit 509 at THE PASS.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you for being our guest and for your kind words! The Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area is great vicinity for all types of guest and for all ages. We are pleased to hear that you have enjoyed your stay at the spacious Pass. We hope to see you again!

Loved the location and view! This unit needs furniture updates and the kitchen needs to be restocked with pots/pans etc. The beds were very comfortable however the sleeper chair/sofas were totally destroyed and could not be slept on, we had to purchase inflatables.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Owner response: It came to our attention that the guests had two issues on there stay at The Pass unit 509. The sleeper sofas are not used very often due to the abundance of beds in the unit. Therefore, we were not aware that the springs had come loose from the frame. We wish that the guests had called as soon as they were aware of the situation. We have rollaway beds at our disposal and would have brought them and replenished the cooking items immediately. The aforementioned items have been taken care of.
