This superb house is situated in the most tranquil of surroundings. It backs on to a small lake which is ideal for the keen fisherman. The whole area is a protected bird sanctuary and a safe haven for a variety of assorted floridian wildlife. Gasparilla Island with the town of Boca Grande is only a 15 minute drive away. Boat's can be rented to explore the many islands that abound in this special part of the sunshine state. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out there is something for all tastes and depth of pocket.
All floors are tiled with the exception of the bedrooms that are carpeted.
The two huge master suites both have whirlpool tubs and walk-in showers. French doors lead from each suite to the pool area with its solar heated pool and hot tub. There is a 40 foot, well furnished lanai perfect for outdoor eating. This house offers the perfect base for that special vacation.
