Situated just south of Sayulita, and 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, on a lush point overlooking a long, pristine deserted beach, is Casa del Rey Dormido. This home has a very large bedroom with en suite bathroom and king size bed where you can lie and drink your morning coffee while watching the waves break below. The spacious kitchen looks north to a small, hidden beach shared with a neighbor. The main bathroom, constructed entirely of multicolored river stones, with a glass block ceiling, allows you to shower while looking through the exotic strangler fig trees.
Other features include an inner living area for inclement weather (you'll never need it), an open, rooved ramada for relaxed outdoor living and a large brick terrace looking straight down to the Pacific. The palms provide plenty of shade, while the many raised gardens add to the incredible sunset view over Monkey Mountain and Litibu Bay where whales and porpoises are often seen.
Casa del Rey Dormido is ideally suited to couples who want to lose themselves in paradise. It is located in a private area of only four, widely spaced homes, but is only a five minute drive or twenty minute walk from the restaurants and services of Sayulita on the other side of the point.

Why the Owner Chose Sayulita
I bought some land on a gorgeous point overlooking Playa Patzcuarito a mile south of Sayulita. Then I built a house and a guest house and I rent the house periodically.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Absloute Privacy. The beach is 3/4 of a mile long and there are two houses. My house at the north end and a second house at the south end. There are very few people who can find our beach and it keeps is private.
