Mariner East Condominium is a low rise/low density complex nestled in the heart of Thomas Drive. Mariner East underwent serious restorations during 2006 and offers a sparkling pool, tennis courts, basketball court, club room with a pool table and shuffleboard. Because of the small complex size of Mariner East, you will not feel crowded here - on the beach or by the pool! Since Mariner East is low denisty you never feel crowded at the beach - we have as much gulf front footage as some of the big highrises!
Our third floor unit offers great views of the gulf from your private balcony. Bathed in calming blues and yellows, our 1000 square foot unit features two double beds in the bedroom and has a sofa sleeper in the living area. Every unit has two full bathrooms so there is no waiting in line to take a shower. On the balcony, you will find a charcoal grill so make sure you go fishing while you are here!
Our unit is up to date - no old school beach wicker here! We use the unit ourselves when coming to the beach.

Why the Owner Chose Mariner East
I chose to purchase a unit at Mariner East because I wanted a smaller, safe getaway where I felt comfortable letting my kids (now 12 and 9) swim and play. Mariner East offers so much. It is truly ‘old school’ Panama City Beach. We don’t wait in lines for the elevator here or feel scrunched up on the beach. My husband and son have started deep sea fishing when we come down and love that there is a grill on the back porch of OUR unit – most resorts have common area grills. My daughter and I love laying on the beach and soaking up the rays. This is not one of the condos where people come to party so I feel confident that my children won’t be seeing or hearing anything obscene except the occasional old man in a Speedo (yuck)!!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our unit has all the comforts of home. I decorated it myself so it doesn't feel generic like some of the newer condos feel. There are very few resorts that have tennis and basketball courts and we, while small, offer both. Mariner East units are slightly over 1000 square feet in size which is roomy for a one bedroom condo.
