The panoramic views are amazing every time you step outside onto the wraparound lanai or look out its large windows. Built in 2002, this new 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has approximately 1300 sq. ft. of cozy living space and is furnished with elegant elephant bamboo furniture (a renewable resource). The cottage is accessible only by stairs and is completely separated from the owner occupied main house located on the same property. The stairs start with 5 steps that lead to a 30 ft. landing, 4 steps that lead to a 10 ft. landing, then 12 steps that lead to the house.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with jetted tub, television, a/c.
Guest bedroom has 4 twin beds; Two twin beds can be converted to a king size bed with a comfortable memory foam topper mattress; a/c.
The large lanai has comfortable patio furniture seats 6, a high dining table seats 4, and a gas grill for you to enjoy outdoor meals and relax.
There is a large pool with a slide for the adventurous, an outdoor 7-person hot tub for those seeking to relax, and outdoor shower.
The cottage is clean, bright and airy, lit by skylights, and cooled from tradewinds. Fresh flowers and fruits surround the house, like lush banana trees, tall pine trees, chico plants, areca palms, bamboo, and fragant red ginger, gardenias, roses, and different varieties of orchids. Relax and enjoy your vacation in our quiet neighborhood away from all the hustle and bustle of the city.
The owners have two black-lab mix dogs that reside poolside by the main house. The dogs are gated in and are not allowed to access the guest house grounds.
The property is located about 2 miles from the two "Best Beaches" in the world, Kailua and Lanikai Beaches. Kailua is famous for its water sports and we have lots of toys to help you stay in the water. Boogie boards, blow-up pads and rings, beach mats and beach chairs are available for your enjoyment at no charge. We also have surfboards, kayaks, windsurfers, masks and snorkels, and kitesurfing gear available for an additional cost. Let us know how we can make your vacation the best ever!

We are back in Toronto but wishing we can spend more time at your beautiful home. You have such a gorgeous place for a vacation, the view, the place, the area, etc..... and more for everyone who would want to have the best vacation to be. We had a blast on everything the island had offered especially Adrian with surfing lesson and we would like to thank you again for allowing to use your home for our get away vacation.
