Enjoy the quiet wooded lot from the covered front porch or the 45-foot rear deck. Inside, there is plenty of space for your family to spread out in the 2 complete levels of the spacious house. Home is on the mountain, close to skiing and the new year-round water park.
Layout of House:
Main Level: Enter from the front porch to a Great Room and adjoining kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. Relax in comfortable seating in front of a stone fireplace with gas logs or watch the 27" TV with digital cable, DVD & VCR. The modern kitchen with breakfast bar has every convenience.
Also on the main level are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen bed and full bath has its own entrance to the deck and a view of the woods. Bedroom #2 (with a double bed) and bedroom #3 (single bed) have use of the hall bathroom.
Lower Level:
The lower level (above ground at the back of the house) has double doors which provide a view of the woods. A bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed, ceiling fan & large closet with mirror doors.
A family room has a door which closes for complete privacy. It includes a foosball table, gas fireplace, TV (digital cable, DVD & VCR), ceiling fan and queen size sofa bed.
Also on the lower level for your convenience is a full bath, washer & dryer, and extra closet space. A foldaway cot provides additional sleeping space.
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is not a party house. We do not rent to anyone under 25 unless accompanied by a parent. Parking is limited to 3 off street spaces.

Full rental due 60 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to check-in will forfiet security deposit.
NO Refund of rent for cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in.
