We stayed for a week in June and it was just perfect. We had 3 families with lots of kids and this house was perfect. We loved the private pool for when we came in from the beach for the kids nap times and loved that there was an area for them to play and hang out in the evenings and sleep undisturbed so the grown ups could hang out :). We even talked the neighbor across the street into letting us share their beach access. The house is just beautiful and the kitchen was ready to handle lots of cooking. The balconies were put to good use in the evenings for drinks, games and enjoying the wonderful beach air. We are hoping to come back to the house again this year!

My extended family (5 adults, 4 young kids/babies) stayed in this house for a week and loved it! The house was nicely kept as well as very comfortable. The pool area was so much fun for the kids and the outdoor speakers were a nice bonus. We also loved the upstairs patio to hang out on. We had a direct ocean view and were very close to beach access. Thanks Karen for letting us stay at your beautiful home. It will definitely be a repeat trip!!

Great Location for Car Club Trip

Five couples ventured down to NC and beyond stopping for 4 nights and 5 days. The home was absolutely perfect for our group. We cooked several breakfasts and a dinner, walked the beach, traveled north to Southport and south to Myrtle Beach. the owner and her next door neighbor were wonderful to deal with ( we did not need the home next door but had hoped a larger number of couples would be traveling with us). Great facility, well equipped, bedrooms with attached baths were among the best we have ever seen. Great restaurants nearby as promised I would recommend this location to any group needed some great space. Only hitch was an unannounced pool heating charge of $50 per day for late April and Early may. Owner offered to cut it to $40 a day but we passed on the use of the pool.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My siblings and spouses just had our annual spring "retreat" at this home. We were not disappointed, the view from the top level was exquisite. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We all had a very relaxing weekend and look forward to returning to this home in the future. Beach access is only a few steps away. We didn't use the pool, but it is nicely enclosed and private, a wonderful area for fun, especially for children. We especially enjoyed the upper level deck, relaxing in the rocking chairs, taking in the view, and just enjoying being together. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone seeking a very well maintained attractive home for relaxation and fun with family and friends.

Beautiful home and location. The house is spacious, well equipped and totally lovely. Ocean views from front porch are great. Our group of 8 had a wonderful time in this luxury beach house. The definitive high end beach experience. Will definitely be back.

Our family of 19 (coming from PA & FLA) had the best week ever. We couldn't wait to arrive and hated to leave. This is truly a GREAT vacation home and spotless. Believe me when I tell you the photos don't do it justice. It is even more BEAUTIFUL! Great owner communication to be certain we didn't need anything. What more could you ask for? Wonderful locale for family togetherness. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to be back.

What a beautiful house. You did a wonderful job decorating and desiging your house. A lot of thought must have gone in to it. Our family enjoyed every square inch of your home. Some of us enjoyed reading on the spacious, covered decks and others enjoyed the pool. The kids loved having their own den and especially enjoyed the Gamebox. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and I hope to be able to rent it again soon.

A true winner with this beautiful home. All of the rooms are spacious with many amenities. The extras are unbelievable with the wall paintings, basins and granite. The house is just a very short walk to the beach and close to dining, shopping and recreation. The home is warm and inviting and perfect for large families and groups of friends. You will be more tahn pleased with this wonderful home.

The house is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are all large and the decorating is so stylish and more than expected in a rental property. The walk to the beach is very short and the view is perfect for not being ocean front. The home is so nice taht we all hated to go out in the evenings and it is a perfect setting for grilling out or cooking in. The only recommendation any of the group had was to put televisions in all the bedrooms. You will definitely be pleased if you rent this property.

Our group of 9 adults absolutely loved your home! The pictures do not do it justice! The quick access to the incredible, clean sandy beach, the nearby shops and restaurants, the covered porches with breath-taking views and breezes, the refreshing private pool and outdoor shower, the kitchen furnished like none we've seen, the huge living areas and roomy bedrooms/bathrooms with real closets, and the delightful,tasteful decorating that made all of us smile(hand-painted flamingos, monkey and palm trees!)all made our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing. The lay-out offered privacy and plenty of room for all of us to easily gather for meals and nightly game competitions! We all agreed it was the best home we have ever stayed in! We had a family reunion with 10 people ranging in age from almost 3 to 90 years old. Everyone had a wonderful time.The porches overlooking the ocean were awesome and we ate dinner on them several nights. Your home was so beautifully furnished and decorated. My grand-daughters especially loved the butterflys and flamingos. We have been vacationing on Ocean Isle for several years but have never stayed in such a gorgeous home. Hope to be back next summer. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Your home is family friendly, beautifully decorated and so convenient to the beach and shopping and entertainment areas. Our extended family of 9 adults and 6 children found the accommadations spacious, clean and welcoming. We all loved being so close to the beach, sitting for hours on the great porches, talking, playing games and enjoying the ocean breezes. We had a great time playing in the pool - it was just the right size. It was just the perfect house and location for us. We hope to return soon.

Our family loves the beach and your home made the trip awesome! We had a blast. The 5 bedrooms gave us so much space. The decor is also perfect. We enjoyed each and every part of the home. The children loved the pool so much they only went to the beach for one short afternoon. Thanks for sharing your awesome home with our family. We will be back soon!!!!!!
