There are two screened porches that offer great views of the bountiful wildlife and beautiful mountain scenery. This house is located in a gated golf community in North Georgia Mountains with three lakes and many amenities. This home has a fireplace, telephone with FREE LONG DISTANCE,(via Vonage computer system), high speed internet DSL, air conditioning, Big Screen TV with small TVs in each bedroom. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, a gas grill, linens and towels. Within walking distance to great fishing, playground and activities field, chapel, tennis courts, fitness center with indoor pool and spa services, post office, real estate office, conference center. Wolfscratch Village has gift shop, Italian restaurant, convenience store, gas pump. Wildlife abounds! Deer and wild turkeys visit daily. Many beautiful hiking and "jeep" trails. Good fishing! extra night - by the week only unless last minute (3 nt min)
OFF SEASON:Dec 1-Mar 31 $650/wk 3 nite minimum ($100/nite)
HOLIDAYS:  Prime Rates and 1 week minimum stay
required at Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Labor Day
Rates do not include tax, cleaning fee, pet fee, or deposit
Cleaning Fee:  $90   Pet Fee:  $50/pet (small dogs only - no cats)
