Master Bedroom Suite
Enjoy the large oceanfront Master Bedroom complete with a luxurious King Size bed. Wake up to the sunrise viewed through the floor to ceiling glass windows and stroll onto the Oceanfront Balcony through the sliding glass door. The Master Bedroom is well appointed with a full length dresser and mirror, two night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, TV, DVD/VCR player, and side chair. There is also a large Walk-in Closet with plenty of storage space. The Master Suite also features a large Private Bathroom with Dual vanities, a Large Shower, and a Jacuzzi for a relaxing end to your day.
Three Additional Bedrooms
This fantastic condo has three additional bedrooms, one with a King Size bed and two other bedrooms with 2 Queen Size beds each. Each bedroom has a TV, DVD/VCR player, and ceiling fan. Both Queen Bedrooms have a full length dresser with mirror, night stand, lamp, and Walk-in closet. The King Size bedroom has an Armoire, desk, night stand, lamp and Walk-in Closet. Both Queen Bedrooms have private bathrooms and the King Bedroom is connected to the hallway bathroom.
Kitchen Amenities
The fully appointed kitchen features a 24 cubic ft side by side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, a self cleaning oven with radiant cook top, a built in microwave, and built in dishwasher. There are dishes and silverware for 20 people, along with a complete set of pots, pans, and food preparation utensils, including utensils for the outdoor BBQ. The kitchen also comes complete with a toaster, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker, and knife set.
Family Room and Living Room Highlights
The oceanfront living room features a floor to ceiling glass wall with a sliding glass door connecting to the Oceanfront Balcony. The living room features a large sectional sofa with a full sized sleeper sofa, oversized chair, coffee tables, sofa table, and ceiling fan. There is also an Armoire with a 36” TV and a DVD/VCR player.
The connected Family Room also has fantastic ocean views and is furnished with a 55” Flat Panel LED HDTV, X-Box 360, X-Box games, Sony PS2, and a DVD/VCR player. The family room features two sofas (one is a Queen Sleeper Sofa), two game chairs, coffee table, and end tables.

We chose Myrtle Beach because it has soo much more to offer than other beach locations. After 7 years of ownership, we know we made the right choice. This rental is amazing! It is close to everything but in a very quiet section. The beach was very clean. The Unit itself was amazing! Nicely decorated and had everything there we needed. Just a perfect vacation!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We spent 4 days/3 nights at this wonderful "home away from home" with our adult children & their 4 children ( our grandkids)... what pure delight ( & we gather together frequently in our nearby homes)! The pictures on the site do Not do the unit justice... it is so beautifully appointed, spaciously comfortable and esthetically pleasing. The floor plan lends itself for perfect privacy when needed,but also has ideal, roomy common areas for all to dine & play.The kitchen is so well equipped that it was quite easy to prepare meals for the 10 of us. Highly recommend 1602 !!

The pictures do not do this unit justice. The condo is absolutely beautiful. As other people have commented, there is plenty of room. We have a group that get together and go to the beach. Some of the guys even went to grade school together. Some of the girls are scrapbookers and there was plenty of room for that. (I thought the walk-in closets would make great spaces to scrapbook that is how large they are.) We have stayed numerous places and the vote from now on is that if this unit is available, it will by the unit that is rented.

Every fall, we get together with my siblings and spouses (no children allowed!) and rent a house or condo on the Grand Strand for a week. We've done this for years and have always stayed at wonderful places. However, this year was the absolute best! The owner is so nice to deal with, and this place is so comfortable, has such a gorgeous view, and is so convenient, we're planning to return to this unit next year. We usually like to cultivate a new place every year, but we liked this one so well, we voted unanimously to book it again next time.

WOW!! This place is absolutely amazing. I'm not easily impressed, but this condo really impressed me! It is beautifully decorated, very large, and has an unbelievable view. It is so not your typical beach condo. It was more of a home away from home. The condo had everything you could possibly need or want. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Plus Mike was a pleasure to deal with on our spur of the moment vacation -- thanks for sharing your condo with us!

WOW - What a wonderful place. You will be please with the tasteful decor and luxurious furniture! Very quiet place with just enough amenities. Very clean - VERY large. Would recommend it highly. One note, literature states there is an X-box in unit.. it is a Play station 2.
