This 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium is located on the ground floor of a two story townhouse. It has a screened porch large enough to eat on that looks out at the 11th hole of the golf course at Indian River Plantation, which is a Marriott owned development on Hutchinson Island near Stuart, Florida (50 minutes north of the West Palm Airport). A sofa bed in the living room also sleeps up to two additional people. A brand new kitchen was installed for the 2015 season.
The unit is located in walking distance to pools, beaches, golf, and tennis courts. Playgrounds for children and grills for cooking outside are also available. Causeways link Hutchinson Island to the mainland for easy driving access. A number of amenities are also available on the island such as grocery stores, restaurants and shops, which are all in easy driving distance.
Stuart is a quaint and charming town on the Treasure Coast of Florida. A number of artists have settled there so the downtown area features many galleries with beautiful and unusual original paintings, sculpture and jewelry. The town also has many charming and delicious restaurants and a great ice cream shop.
Hurricanes are infrequent because of the northern location of the island on the east coast of Florida, making this location safe and desirable. Port St. Lucie to the north also has much to offer in terms of entertainment and resort activities.

She is an instructor for the Risk Management Association (RMA) where she teaches courses on operational risk management and fraud prevention, which are offered to financial institutions in the United States and Canada. Ms. Borke serves on the boards of The Professional Center for Child Development, The Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress, the Massachusetts State Committee of the National Museum for Women in the Arts and the Family Support Counsel of the ARC of Greater Lawrence. She is a member of The Boston Club and donates her time to ESC, a consulting organization that provides strategic planning, governance, marketing, finance and management support to nonprofit companies in Massachusetts.
Why the Owner Chose Lakeside: I love the area because it has so much to offer in terms of the beach, tennis and swimming pools, all of which are in walking distance of the unit. Cape Canaveral, Disney World and Miami are all about a two hour drive away and my family and I have gone to them all. Although the West Palm Airport is closest, flying into Ft. Lauderdale is also very manageable.
