Location: 200ft from the sand in North Mission Beach on the beach side of the Mission Blvd in the city of San Diego.
Highlights: Ocean & beach view, 2br / 2bth, 2 car garage, outdoor shower, many private patios, roof deck, wet bar, TV w/ entertainment area, new windows, new paint, washer/dryer, linens, towels and European kitchen w/ dishwasher, cook top, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, disposal, utensils and cookware.
What makes it special: This is a very special and fun home to rent when coming to the beach. It is unique in that it has its own rooftop deck with wet bar, dining area, lounge chairs and ocean view. If you would like the ability to be outside and private, then there is not a better home. I like to tell people that having the roof deck is like spending time on the top deck of a large boat. It is where everyone ends up hanging out, relaxing and catching up on old and new times!
The floor plan: If you enter in downstairs you have the second bedroom with a full a single bed that opens up to its private court yard side patio. The second bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and tub and another set of doors that opens up to a smaller side patio. Downstairs you will also find the 2 car attached garage and the outdoor shower to wash off the sand when you enter the home. As you walk upstairs you will find a European style kitchen, dining area, living area with TV and entertainment area and an oversized master with queen bed, large shower and French doors to a small patio. From the second floor you will walk upstairs to the private rooftop deck with wet bar, dining area, lounge chairs and ocean view. If you would like the ability to be outside and private, then there is not a better home.
Again, this is a special home for everyone to enjoy. I always tell people that if you are coming to the beach to hang out at the beach, then there is not a better home!
