  Such a great beach house! This house has everything you could possibly want. From the pictures the house looks small, but once you are inside it is anything but small. The front patio is a great place to relax and feel the ocean breeze but an even better place is up on the roof deck. There is more than enough room and plenty of chairs to accommodate a large group of people, there is also a grill, wet bar and mini fridge. But my favorite part of the roof deck is having the amazing beach/ocean view where you really can feel the ocean breeze and see the waves coming in and not to mention the perfect view of the beautiful sunset. Inside the house there is no full size oven just a small oven but it gets the job done; I was able to cook steaks, ribs, hot dogs and corn all inside it just fine. The entertainment center is great as well, we watched the NFL kickoff game on the nice flatscreen TV with surround sound. The inside and outside of the house was and is very clean, there are 2 great bathrooms especially the one in the master bedroom, great shower that is extra big for those who need to rinse the sand off from the beach, apart from the hose outside. This house is the ideal beach house. Loaded with everything you could ever need, 3 fridges, tons of plates, cookware, bbq, blender and of course plenty of shot glasses. This house gets a 5 star rating from me, oh and I almost forgot to mention how close the beach is to the house, less then a minute walk! Unbelievable location and unbelievable house. You will not be disappointed. Both Nancy and Dave are very nice and quickly responsive to any and all questions. Thanks for the stay!

  Filthy mess is the best way to describe this condo. Don't waste your money on this one. Appliances rusted and barely working. Roof top patio furniture/cushions were so dirty we didn't even want to sit on it. Central air conditioner didn't work and the vents had so much dust on them nothing would get through even if it did. We tried to open the windows for air but most of them wouldn't stay up and the ones that did had no screens so flies would come in. The blinds had so much dirt on them that you could barely lift them with the greasy ropes. For the amount of money it cost it was a crime. All that said, we had a great time in San Diego and the surrounding areas. Beautiful city and friendly people. I just wish we had a more pleasant place to relax.

  We traveled from Spain to visit our family in Vegas and went to spend quality time with our family and grandson (5) in San Diego. This house was in an ideal situation where you could park and walk. We live on the Mediterranean and near the sea and town and this was different but with the same advantages of being in a great location. We used the deck a lot to chill out, play and eat. It was close to all the San Diego visiting areas and for the beach you could not get any closer. It has a 2 car garage which we liked but be careful as we had a Ford Focus and it scrapped the bumper as it was just a bit too short. Our grandson loved the bunk beds and I ended up spending the night with him. The master bedroom is very nice and had been redone. The kitchen was supplied but we found being short a problem reaching things and needed a step-stool supplied. We would go back to the area again. It was an ideal holiday for all of us.

  Great location, walking distance to everything -- even with young kids, especially the taco shop where everything on the menu was excellent! We had great weather and we were able to play in the water at the beach and rented bikes and rode all the way up to La Jolla! We will have to come back to Mission Beach next year!

  Came out for son's homecoming on the USS Howard. Very familiar with area. Love having dinner on the rooftop deck and watching the sunset over the ocean! Enjoy being so close to the beach and restaurants! Lots of shopping nearby. Had a great stay and can't wait to come back!

  Thanks! We had a lot of fun. Loved the deck and spent a lot of time there. We biked and walked everywhere. Always nice to come back to my home town and see family and friends.
