Welcome to beautiful North Coast Village oceanfront resort complex. Oceanside Beach Vacations is proud to offer a variety of beautiful vacation rentals: 12 two bedroom/two bath beach condos and 13 one bedroom/one bath condos. We also now offer three full ocean view condos for monthly rental at 804 North Strand, 1 block away from North Coast Village. 804 Strand condos are available during the off-season, October - May.
North Coast Village features two pools, two jacuzzis, ping pong, billiards, recreation and exercise room, laundry facilities, sauna and putting green, community BBQ area, all located on lush tropical grounds with koi ponds and waterfalls. This is a gated community, with underground security parking for each condo.
Our vacation rental condos feature fully functional kitchens, linens, towels, cable TV, fireplace, stereo/CD player, VCR/DVDs. Most of our condos provide an array of beach gear for your use: Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards (2), and beach toys. All of our condos have local phone and dial-up internet access, and most of our condos now provide hi-speed or DSL internet access at no additional cost.
North Coast Village is on the sand, no streets to cross to get to Oceanside Beach, one of the nicest beaches in San Diego North County. With its year round sunny climate, Oceanside's weather has been rated by USA Today as the second most ideal climate in the United States, and the fifth most ideal weather in the world.
Swim, boogie board, surf and sunbathe right outside the complex. Afterward, enjoy one of two beautiful swimming pools and jacuzzis. Later in the evening, enjoy spectacular sunsets on the beach and take a stroll to Oceanside Harbor for dinner, with unique shops and several great restaurants to choose from. This is a great complex for couples looking for a special romantic getaway, as well as families with children of all ages.
