This lovely 2-house compound is located just a few blocks from Duval Street, Mallory Square and the Seaport. This very special neighborhood showcases the best of Old Town Key West --filled with Victorian mansions and historic homes, the Key West library, a serene palm garden and even the "This Old House" project from several years ago.
The houses have been renovated and recently refurbished. Both "shotgun" houses are tastefully done with tropical colors and an assortment of great local art. The spacious, light filled rooms have 10 foot ceilings with fans and central air conditioning. Four sets of French doors open to the spacious deck and pool.
Each house has its own front porch with comfy seating, and traditional Cuban tile and faux tile finishes -- a perfect place to relax and watch the world go by.
