The beach on the East end of the property. - Key Colony Beach, Florida Condo Rental This deluxe two bedroom ocean front condo is located on Key Colony Beach, a small idyllic island in the Florida Keys. With a private white sandy beach, this vacation marvel fronts directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The unit is on the top floor of a three story building, with elevator. There are two screened double sliding glass doors - one in the master bedroom and the other in the living room - from which you may enter your private oversized furnished balcony. From either of these rooms or your balcony enjoy magnificent ocean views as well as warm and gentle sea breezes. There is a queen-size bed in the master suite and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen offers full-sized appliances and all of the necessary equipment for home cooking if desired. Take time to sun on a chaise lounge by the heated pool or knock yourself out fishing, scuba diving, or playing tennis or shuffleboard on private courts. Also part of this condo is a 160 foot private fishing pier and 600 foot private white sandy beach for shelling and ocean bathing. The area offers numerous restaurants and eateries many within walking distance. The condominium is within an hour driving time of all of the Florida Keys attractions. The maximum occupancy of this unit is four, including children due to local ordinances. Pets are not allowed. Minimum rental period is two weeks.
