Rendezvous is a beautiful resort community nestled along the valley floor and mountainsides as you enter Fraser from the town of Winter Park. Unique in design is our new 2005 Pronghorn Townhome at 1070 Rendezvous Road.
Enter into the main living area with cabin style Great room and gas fireplace. Vaulted ceilings, state of the art kitchen and dining area. Enjoy views of Byers Peak from the deck. Main level also features the master bedroom suite with king bed and private bath with walk-in closet.
The lower level features a family room with double bed futon and deck. Adjoining is a queen bedroom with private bath and a second bedroom with two twin beds and bath. Laundry room with washer and dryer is adjacent to family room.
