Come experience paradise! Our two bedroom Condo is a spacious (1380 square feet) end unit that lets the warm glow of brilliant Florida sunshine into every room. Thanks to our great Gulf Front location, there is a view of the Gulf from nearly every room. The best place to watch the sunset is from the comfort of the beachfront lanai.
The Eden House is a recently remodeled Gulf Front condominium. Use the trolley stop in front of the Eden House to reach the island restaurants, shops, open air cafes, and souvenir shops. The building has all new windows and railings along with a remodeled lobby and elevator. A new mansard roof and new brick pavers in the parking areas provides you with a truly upscale surrounding for the vacation getaway of your dreams.
The swimming pool and sauna areas have been upgraded with a redesigned brick paver patio and pool surround area. The Condo grounds have been completely re-landscaped creating a setting of tropical beauty for residents and guests.
When not sampling the seafood cuisine of local restaurants you can prepare your meals in our fully equipped kitchen. You can pack light thanks to the stacked washer/dryer unit in the kitchen. The master bedroom has its own walk-in closet, king-size bed, TV, and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full wall of closet space. With the sleeper sofa in the front room, the Condo will comfortably sleep up to six people.
You have your private parking spot conveniently located under the building. The Eden House is located near the south end of Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island), far enough from the bustle of the Times Square shopping area to provide a quiet retreat during your stay.
As many of our guests have said, this is the perfect place to unwind- especially if your idea of a perfect day is to lounge at the pool or relax at the beach. Then choose between selecting one of the fine island restaurants or staying in for a home cooked meal. Read a book on the lanai (bring your own or select one of ours) or relax in a comfy recliner and plan your tomorrow.
If you are like us, you will find yourself taking daily walks on the beach, each day wanting to walk a little farther than the day before. For the ultimate walking enthusiast, walk the seven miles of white sands beach from the Eden House to the Times Square shopping area. But remember to carry a quarter with you so that you can ride the island tram back to the Eden House.
If you brag that your backyard grilled steaks and seafood are the best in the world, see if they don’t taste even better when grilled just before sunset on the beach at the Gulf of Mexico. Carry your grilled pride and joy a few steps from the Eden House grill to the thatched roof tiki hut and enjoy your meal at the picnic table while taking in the view of the lights of Naples and the island of Sanibel on the horizon.

About the owner: My wife, Pam, is a retired school teacher and I am a retired Chemical Engineer. Our daughter Katie and her husband, Paul, have three children so our beach vacations to the condo can include a variety of activities.
One minor regret that we have is that after we bought the condo we loved it so much that we stopped vacationing anywhere else. But since we've retired, we have the time to enjoy traveling to many different places.
Why the Owner Chose Eden House: We bought our condo in the Eden House for a number of reasons. First and most important is that the condo is beachfront.
Secondly, the unit is an end unit in the building with windows in every room. Other condos that we looked at were interior units that were 'tunnel-like' with windows only at the opposite ends of the unit.
The condo is also relatively large with 1350 sq ft of floor space. There is elbow room for everyone even when six people vacation together.
The Eden House is also beautifully maintained and landscaped.
Finally, it is on the south end of the island. This is the 'quiet end' of the island away from the commercial attractions on the north end of the island. These attractions are simply a trolley ride or car ride away.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: The lanai (Florida speak for porch) is screened in and directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. It is large enough to accommodate our six wicker chairs.
No need to leave your unit to do your wash. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen laundry closet. You can obviously pack much lighter knowing that doing your laundry is no inconvenience whatsoever.
