This superior Andros type apartment has 1394 sq.ft. and is situated within the lush and spacious Bahama Bay Resort. The Resort itself nestles on the banks of Lake Davenport and a white sandy beach has been created between the swimming pool and the shore.
The beach, which is next to one of the four swimming pools, is an ideal spot for sunbathing, sand castles, and volleyball, if you are feeling energetic. It is separated from the Lake by means of a secure fence and access to the lake area is afforded by a gate to the fishing dock. Also close at hand is the restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner or a cooling drink from the bar.
The apartment is a short walking distance from the restaurant and is on the first (UK - ground) floor so access is easy for all. Most Buildings at Bahama Bay have no elevators. It is furnished in typical Florida style and provides plenty of space with access also to your own large private patio area. There are smaller patio areas off the master bedroom and the second bedroom. All bedrooms have a TV and access to a bathroom with the master having a private bathroom with tub, separate shower cubicle, and twin washbasins.
Cleaning and maintenance of the apartment is personally supervised by the owner, who lives locally, to ensure a consistent high standard.
Bahama Bay Resort is very much family orientated and children are well provided for having their own play area and pool and as if this is not enough, there is still the theatre, play station, internet cafe, and a further 5 swimming pools that they can visit; all on-site and within the secure and spacious grounds.

We found the unit impeccably clean and spacious. We really liked the location of the unit and it was very quiet and peaceful. The girls enjoyed being so near to the pool, restaurant and beach. As our time in your apartment draws to a close we just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying at Bahama Bay. The apartment was just perfect for the family and the location is also good for getting to the various parks and especially the Gulf Coast. Alas with the weather (it was cool at some points during their stay) and our itinery we were unable to make full use of the pools, but we did meet the alligator at the dock! We have ne reservations in recommending your aprtmentto friends and relatives etc.

All three units were spacious, clean and beautiful. The complex was just a joy.
