This special home was built during the depression by our grandfather K.G. Anthony. Many of the materials used in the construction were hand-picked by K.G. and his attention to detail is evident throughout the house.
The house is in excellent shape. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in dishwasher, a pilotless gas stove , a microwave, and a large refrigerator. The living room has oak hardwood floors and pine walls and ceilings which provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxing in front of the fire at the end of the day. All common areas are spacious, making our house ideal for family reunions and multi-family vacations.
The house is conveniently located on the west side of Seneca Lake near both Geneva and Watkins Glen on 10 acres of land (unlimited parking) in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country. The location has ample privacy due to ravines on either side and approximately 350 feet of lakefrontage.
The rental week extends from 4 pm Saturday to 10 am the following Saturday. Clean sheets are provided at the beginning of the week.

Our family has been meeting at Anthony's Big House on Labor Day weekend for two years now and just love it. We have a group that covers all ages from 1 to 81 something for all to enjoy, from the lake to hiking at watkins glen to wine tasting. Best of all is sitting around the firepit at night overlooking the lake. Craig and Brian have a treasure in their family home and we are lucky that they share it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.
