Come and enjoy our spectacular oceanfront location and relax in comfort and luxury at our two bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront condominium in the family oriented Cherry Grove Beach area of North Myrtle Beach.
Our condominium is a direct oceanfront unit on the fifth floor of a seven-story, 38 unit building. All concrete and steel construction means no noise from units above, below, or on either side. Our unit offers a large open floor plan with upscale furnishings, leather furniture in the living room including a queen sleep sofa, and beautiful ceramic tile throughout. The mirrored living room has a 36" TV with CD/DVD player and home theater surround sound system. Brand new appliances in the kitchen and Adirondack chairs on the balcony provide additional comfort and relaxation.
There are sliding glass doors from the Living Room and Master Bedroom to one of the most spacious oceanfront balconies found on the Grand Strand where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the ocean. We have stocked the condominium with plenty of books, games, and CD’s for your entertainment and enjoyment. We also provide free Wi-Fi!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath, and TV. There are also sliding glass doors that lead to the oceanfront balcony where you can take in the spectacular sunrises while enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom has two twin beds and full private bathroom. We also have full-size washer and dryer units in the condo for your convenience. All kitchen appliances are new.
There is an oceanfront pool with a large oceanfront sundeck, grilling and dining area, and oceanfront fitness room. The covered parking lot is directly under the secured building. Only 38 units in the building means plenty of parking, no waiting for either of two fast elevators , and an uncrowded pool, sundeck, and beachfront. Within walking distance to Cherry Grove pier. Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's, and Boats are Not Allowed. Pets Are Not Allowed. No Smoking. Linens are not provided, however, we can provide information on a linen rental service in the area. We only rent to adults over 25 and families.

Our stay at your condo on Sept. 24- Oct. 1, 2011 was one of the best ever and we're not new to staying in Cherry Grove. Your condo was beautiful and the best equipped of any we've ever experienced. We stayed at this condo the week of July 4th and it was fantastic. This is a great condo with a perfect location. The beach was never very crowded and you have awesome beach access. The condo is clean, spacious and very quiet with a kitchen that has everything you need. We will definetly come back!

Dear Dan and Sandy Today is our last full day of our month long vacation at your wonderful condo. We have enjoyed absolutely everything – the comfort and attractiveness of your condo, the weather, the local seafood, the view from the balcony, the beach, etc, etc. We have come to North Myrtle Beach for several years, but never to Cherry Grove Beach – we are hooked! Once again, we spent a perfect week in this beautiful condo! What sets this apart from all the others is its exquisite decor and attention to detail - you couldn't ask for anything more! It is clean, spacious, airy and comfortable, with a balcony that looks out on the ocean - you wouldn't even have to leave this spot if you didn't want to! It is wonderful to spend time relaxing and listening to the waves rolling in .... absolutely delicious! The beach is beautiful - never crowded, and clean. We enjoyed taking long walks on the beach up to the Cherry Grove fishing pier, which is adjacent to a fun, casual open-air restaurant. Everything you need is within reach - grocery, liquor and gift shops. We also toured Brookgreen Gardens, Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot Landing. We took a dolphin watch tour with Blue Wave Adventures. While we didn't see any dolphins, the boat trip was worth every cent - a real blast! The owners of this condo are great to deal with; friendly and professional. We are very lucky to have found this location! Thank you, Dan and Sandy! We will be back....if all of our friends don't book it first!

I must say this condo certainly was the most beautiful we've stayed in. The living room was so spacious, the bed so comfortable, and you provided a tea pot! Dan and Sandy, I wanted to take a quick minute to thank you for allowing Ed and I to rent your "home away from home". It was perfect .. everything we could ever want and more! I have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for over 20 years and I have to say that your condo is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Clean, beautifully furnished, with a huge beach, beautiful views, far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to enjoy all the major attractions. We spent hours at the Cherry Grove Pier, hours up at the little inlet north of your condo, hours of just sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. The morning we left we saw a school of dolphins playing in the waves. The pictures on VRBO don't even come close to showing just how nice your condo actually is .. We've already discussed it and we would like to return next year. You could hold my $200 deposit if you'd like ..that's how sure we are. By the way, I was blown away by Boulineau's! Their croissant donuts and the Boston Creams are to die for!! One morning we got up at 6:30am just to get warm-from-the-oven donuts .. and it was well worth it. Met alot of nice people, walked miles on the beach, ate way too much, but the food was great, the weather was great, your condo was great .. and we really hated to see the week end. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
