WOW! Does it get any better? A true ski-in/out location with unobstructed, million dollar views of the slopes! Walk out the front door just a few steps, put your skis on and shush over to the lift just about 50 yards in front of you. There you have it...you're on your way. This is the good life!
A lot of properties are labeled "ski in/out"... do your homework and make sure you're getting that true slope side experience. Walking to the lifts doesn't count. If you want to ski right to your front door, then look no further!
Great in-town location right off hiking/biking/ski trails with a short walk to the core shopping area and town park. Two spacious decks and a (in-line) gas grill add terrific outdoor entertaining space. Need to unwind? Just out the door is the shared hot tub, with the same open views of the slopes. Living area with cable TV & broadband internet - you're all set up to go.
This was the developer's personal end unit. An added perk (besides the 2 decks, open views and location) is the attached owner's closet outside. This convenient storage space can hold all toys! Directly next door (at the base of lift 7) you will find ski rentals, lift tkt office, coffee/pastries and a gym. The river walk is a stunning creek side path that strolls all the way to the gondola base (7 min walk). If you prefer, the free in-town shuttle (Galloping Goose) picks up just outside the condo every 15 min and loops through town.
With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (plus loft and sofa sleeper), the whole gang will have plenty of room. Come and go as you please... take a few turns on the slopes, hit the hot tub, make some lunch...just unwind with a book while watching the skiers carve their way down the hill. This is true Telluride magic.
A cozy living room looks out to the mountain slopes and features a beautiful rocked (gas) fireplace. The kitchen is complete with granite tops and gas appliances. In floor, radiant heat keeps those feet cozy! An additional, spacious sleeping loft plus a pullout sleeper sofa offers comfort and flexibility for guests. A must see property!!!
