Extra large 1 Bedroom 1 Bath duplex almost 900 square feet; completely remodelled unit.
Master bedroom has King size bed with luxury linens, down comforter, TV with DVD, 8 foot sliding doors that open completely to a screen-in patio room.
Bathroom has Italian marble on the counter and surrounding the jacuzzi tub in one unit and tub with new 18" tile in the other. New cabinets.
Living Room is large with 8 foot sliding glass doors that open to a screened patio, other end opens to the kitchen which also has 8 ft sliding glass doors that open to another screened patio. You get a wonderful breeze when you open both ends. 35 inch flat screen TV in one unit and a 32" TV in the other, DVD, cable, new furniture, 9 piece sectional which can be arranged for additional sleeping.
Kitchen has all new cabinets and top end appliances, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with Ice maker, 18 inch tile and concrete counter tops.
There are 2 lanai; one on each end of the unit, one on the back opens to the bedroom and Living Room and has a large Bar B Q grill for cooking. The other one is on the front and has very comfortable seating for relaxing.
The beach is a 2-minute walk, private beach access. Close to shopping, dining, sports, activities and theater.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Mid Island
I came to Fort Myers Beach working a storm back in 1994. I decided then that I one day wanted to live in this paradise. So hurricane Charlie came thru and I was deployed here. Bought this duplex and have been in heaven ever since.
The Unique Benefits at this Duplex
Most people work all year long to get enough vacation time to come here and enjoy. I get to wake up every morning in vacation paradise. My favorite it early walks on the beach, bike riding down to the bridge and riding back on the beach (there are areas you have to carry your bike in the water, but so worth it) Kayaking in the bay waters is so peaceful. Just sitting in the sun with your toes in our sugar soft sand.....Heavenly.
Junkanoo - burgers, pizza, beer etc casual beach attire Anthony's - Italian and Amer. Cusine. Great balcony looking over the beach for Sunset Dinner. Great food - wine

I love the beach! So I purchased this property and live on site most of the year. I am also a storm adjuster so during storm season I will be out on the road working for months at a time. Just knowing I get to come back here makes it all worth while. I have put my personl touch on each one of my units. Comfort is #1, Bed linens are the same ones used at many 5 Star Resort and Spa properties. My goal is for you to fee at "home" while you are here. ENJOY!
