Imagine yourself walking outside your door and within minutes being able to ski groomed terrain and expert runs! Your family and you now have the opportunity to spend the ski season in luxury in exclusive Beaver Creek in this newly remodeled, three bedroom plus enclosed loft, two bathroom townhouse.
Located in a private setting among rolling foothills and tall spruce trees, overlooking the Beaver Creek Golf Course and inside the resort gates at Beaver Creek, this very spacious, three-level residence offers beautiful unobstructed views, a convenient location, and quiet tranquility. Additionally, at your front door you and your guests have access to a free shuttle every 12 minutes that takes you slope-side and to shopping and restaurants in Beaver Creek.
There is a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with a twin bed and a twin trundle (can be combined to make another king bed), and a loft with a pullout couch with a queen bed. The unit comfortably will accommodate eight people. The residence is predominantly utilized by the Colorado owners as a ski home for our families and does not get the wear and tear usually seen in other rental homes.
The residence boasts brand new hickory cabinets and granite tile countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new fixtures and flooring in the kitchen, and other designer touches such as custom bedding and curtains, antiques, and designer furniture and pictures. This unit is very comfortable, large, and extremely clean - not your typical revolving door rental unit.
We are pleased to offer you and your family the opportunity to celebrate the ski season at our residence while enjoying spectacular skiing at Beaver Creek and adjoining Vail.
