My wife and I just returned a couple weeks ago from at John's condo at Aina Nalu. I would have to say he has one of the best condo locations on the property because its very close to the pool and super easy access to parking to unload luggage. Inside was very clean and comfortable furnishings that made us feel at home on our vacation. Super comfortable bed with up to date finishes like granite countertops and flat screen televisions that I enjoyed watching my college football team. Front street is just steps away and made going out to eat for the evening very easy. John's service was great. Shortly after arriving we headed for the pool to relax and inadvertantly locked ourselves out of the condo. I called John and he stayed on the phone with me until I got a key to get back in. Being 2500 miles away from home it was very reassuring that John stopped to make sure we were taken care of. I really appreciated that! My wife and I are already talking about going back to John's condo at Aina Nalu!

thank you for allowing us to rent your condo. It is a lovely place to stay. The location, grounds of the condo, pool, and staff are excellent. Your unit is very nice, comfortable, and we hope to stay there again.Unit is clean, the owner went out of his way to answer questions, it is in walking distance to shopping, dining, and events. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in Lahaina;.

John, We really enjoyed our stay in Maui. Your condo was very nice adn homey. We were very impressed with the showers and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no parking on teh street so we had to pay $15 a night. A few recommendations we have are to get a bigger cooler and fix the dryer. The dryer does not work well at all. Thanks John! We had a great time. It was a grat set up for a week's stay. We would suggest a table near the front windo (a couple of chairs would be fine). PS A couple of larger bowls, plus a fine steel strainer (for rice, etc) would come in handy. We had a fabulous time. The place is very nice, modern & clean. One suggestion would be a drying rack for towels, etc. We LOVE!!! the pool - WOW! Hard to beat. We recommend the Thai Restaurant upstairs from Cool Cats - excellent food. Great location - liked walking to town. Thanks!

John, Mahalo for being our home away from home! We loved staying in your beautiful condo. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to all the night life and amazing restaurants. We loved Cameron at Cool Cats, Keoni @ the Celler. We had a blast doing the zipline. The guides were even more fun!! BBQing and visiting with other guests here was awesome. We started off our trip with ketchup & mustard Jeeps... however Ketchup died on the side of the road and cream cheese saved us. It is very difficult to control tropical odors in Hawaii. I have asked Haumi, my housekeeper to add Fabreze or other air freshener. The stone floors and walls have several coats of sealer. Any other suggestions are welcom.

John, We loved your condo. Very conveniently placed. For the mould odor (I though it was roach kiler odor) I would recommend making a better ventilation system in teh bathrooms. I think nobody opens that window because of the privacy and the slate from teh showers is very beautiful but absorbent so it needs a good sealer. Sorry about my architectual suggestions, but maybe it is an idea you could use. Mahalo,

John - We absolutely loved your place. the furnishings and interior design are impressive. We enjoyed some fine meals cooked right here in the kitchen. The layout of the condo was perfect for our little family of four. Loved the pool and being so close to Front Street was a real treat. Our favorite new find was the beach up near the Sheraton at Kanaapali Beach. The snorkling around the point was breathtaking! Thanks again for making yoiur condo available. Dear John, What a wonderful and comfortable condo you have - it was so great to stay here for our first vacation with new 4 month old baby! Loved having the washer and dryer and dishwasher here- made staying clean with the baby spills a breeze. The decore is beautiful and luxurious - especially the great showeres. Thank yyou for all the extra nice touches - web, beach towels, books, cooking, and cleaning supplies. We bought fresh fish over at Lahaina Farms and loved our nights in as much as our days exploring the area around the island. The pool weith the infinity edge being steps away was the ultimate convenience with the little baby. Had no trouble with the street parking or lany noise.

Aloha John - We're regretting our depature from your lovely condo. We've had a wonderful week going up to the Haleakala Crater, taking the road to hana, swimming at Kapalua Beach, shopping in Lahaina, swimming at the pool here and , of course, eating. We enjoyed cooking here but managed to have a delicious dinner at Lahaina Store Grille and Oyster Bar, our splurge! The Kona Shrimp with chile rellano was delicious, the sunset was beautiful and the chocolate lava cake was to die for ! The burgers at the Front Street Grill were tasty and the pizza we picked up from Penne Pasta hit the spot. But, all was even better, when we came "home" to your condo, John - had a margarita (in our plastic Mickey D "Latte" glasses) out by the pool and just relaxed. Then -showers in the condo were wonderful. You should get a percentage of the profit made by all the contractors back home who have to rip out our old baths and "redo" based on your condo! I'm sure we're not the only ones thinking of renovating as a result of your condo! I even have photos of the carpet! Harumi and her crew also do a great job of getting the place ready. Aloha John, We just arrived and your condo really feels like a home away from home. We feel very cozy in here. I love the modern touch of class with all the Hawaiian accents.
