My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Paris with Isabelle's Beaubourg apartment as our base. The young, lively location near the Pompidou Center gave us access to shops, restaurants, and small grocery stores; it also situated us perfectly as we were able to walk to so many parts of the city. Despite the busy neighborhood, the apartment was quiet and private. The building is secure, and there was no problem walking back at night. Although this is a studio, the bed is slightly separated from the sitting area, giving the room a spacious feeling. The kitchen and bath were excellent with everything we needed, and there was a good-sized closet to hold luggage and clothing. For those who have problems climbing flights of stairs, the building has an elevator and the apartment is on the first floor (American second floor). The Beaubourg apartment is a well-priced alternative to a hotel, with more space and home-like amenities, especially the kitchen, washer/dryer (pack light), large bath, and phone and Internet. Most days, we had breakfast and a light dinner in the apartment and saved our appetite for a large lunch in the late afternoon. I appreciated having choices when and where to eat, and we got to enjoy the bread, cheese, wine, and pastry available in our neighborhood. We bought a Batobus pass and used the Seine as water-taxi transportation (hop on and off with the pass). Although we also used the metro and taxis, the weather was wonderful while we were there, and the river was a leisurely way to get to many major attractions. The Hotel de Ville stop was about a ten-minute walk from the apartment, and the boats run every 20 minutes or so. We took the train from the airport to Les Halles station and walked to the apartment. (Hint: save your ticket because you need it to exit the station.) It was a little confusing and a pain to haul our luggage, but it worked well and saved having use a taxi or transfer to the subway for one stop. The trip back to the airport was easy. Isabelle was wonderful! She answered all my inquiries promptly and cheerfully. Our deposit was returned within three days of our return. The apartment was clean and accurately depicted. I would rent one of Isabelle’s apartments again without hesitation. I highly recommend this apartment!

We stayed at the Beaubourg for 9 days in Nov 2011. I've visited Paris numerous times and stayed in hotels and in rental apartments, and this was by far the best accommodations I've had, from the ease of booking and responsiveness of the landlord, as well as the quality of the apartment. The apartment itself was fantastic. Close to several metro lines and numerous major Parisian attractions, we were able to walk to several sites: the Marais, St Louis and Cite islands (Notre Dame/St Chappelle), as well as tons of great shops and restaurants (several bakeries on the block, a grocery right around the corner, and fromageries, butchers, fishmongers all very close). In addition to the location, the apartment had great amenities: free wifi, free calls to the US, washer/dryer and a nice kitchen if you feel like trying your hand at French cooking. There are thousands of apartments to rent in Paris, but what sets Isabelle apart is her responsiveness and the ease of the entire rental process, from booking through checkout. Isabelle responded to my initial inquiry on the apartment within hours. The fact that she accepts Paypal made the payment process quite easy (I've previously booked apartments with an agency that mandated a bank transfer, which was a huge hassle). Paypal converts from Dollars to Euros, so you don't get a currency conversion fee or any other transactions fees on your credit card. Picking up the key was a breeze, and when we discovered a small toilet leak, I called Isabelle and she had it fixed within a couple hours. After checkout, I had my full security deposit refunded to Paypal within 4 days. We were very impressed with the entire process of renting this apartment, and we plan on using Isabelle's apartments again the next time we visit Paris.

My husband and I stayed at the Beauborg apartment in early October 2011 for 6 nights. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you might need. It was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The location was great, very central and easy walking to many sites. The neighborhood was colorful and busy but the apartment is on a quiet street. We always felt safe and were never bothered by noise. Isabelle was great to work with. She responded quickly to any questions and made the process easy. Our deposit was promptly returned. We enjoyed our stay in Paris and would highly recommend Isabelle and her apartment. We hope to return some day.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in Paris, and the Beaubourg was everything I hoped it would be. The location is fantastic, and made the perfect "home base" for our daily expeditions around the city. Even better, it was incredibly quiet despite being in the center of everything, and we really appreciated that. Everything was perfect when we arrived: super clean, wireless connection a breeze to set up, plenty of closet space for our things, great bathroom, and a tidy little kitchen. The whole process of reserving the flat went without a hitch. I would definitely work with Isabelle again if I ever have the good fortune to return to Paris, and would certainly recommend her properties to my friends and acquaintances.

The apartment is absolutely perfectly located. Pomidou a block away and easy walking distance to metro, great shopping and restaurants in Le Marais, Notre Dame etc. Apartment small and not luxurious but has everything one needs for a week in Paris. Isabelle is very organised and payments secure. Security deposit returned in record time. Highly recommend. Would certainly book with Isabelle again. A family of 3 Australians

Larry and Carolyn Massachusetts USA Beaubourg Apartment from 25-Dec-2009 to 4- Jan-2010 We stayed at Isabelle's Beaubourg apartment over the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Reserving the place with our credit card was easy. The apartment location is a very popular area, near the Pompidou Center and the Rambuteau metro stop. The neighborhood is safe and abounds in restaurants and brassieres. A short walk brings you to many interesting sites like the Hotel de Ville and Les Halles and the rue de Rivoli. The apartment had a good heating system so that we were comfortable when the temperature outside was frigid. We were able to cook a stove-top meal with ingredients purchased in neighborhood stores. Also, there were plenty of patisseries for delicious European breakfast goodies. These goodies went well with the coffee we made in the apartment drip maker. We had a spacious closet and roomy bathroom with a good shower. All the comforts of home, right in the heart of Paris.

My daughter and I stayed in the Beaubourg appartment for 16 days; 16 days before Christmas. We had a wonderfull time.We were in Paris several times before, but never this time of the year. Paris was fascinating! And there was snow..! The apartment is on a perfect location: near by the Marais, near by the metro, near by everything. Before I made the reservation I had my doubts. Why make a reservation through a French internetsite? Would it be safe? Now I can assure you: it IS safe and everything went fine. Next time I'll stay in Paris I'll contact Isabelle again! Isabelle is a very accommodating and friendly host, and was very easy to interact with during the reservation stage. The Beaubourg apartment is fabulously located in walking distance to just about everything... colorful neighborhood, diverse crowd, lots to see and do.

My wife and I had a magical time in Paris while staying at Beaubourg apartment(8 nights) next to Pompidou Centre. It was very conveniently located in Marais district with easy access to Metro, numerous restaurants, quaint Cafes, shopping districts, and all the cathedrals/museums. Isabelle was very professional and precise in booking the apartment, and relieved my trepidation about internet booking. Apartment was well furnished as described on the website. We look forward to visiting Paris again!

We stayed in Isabelle's Beaubourg apartments in June, 2009. We found it to be perfect for two adults. It was very quiet and relaxing at night and close to most of the Paris attractions. From the apartment, you can walk to many of them. Also, it was fun to get more in touch with pulse of the city by shopping for groceries and meeting some of the people entering and leaving the apartment building. Finally, the apartment and surroundings are bug free which made it liberating to throw open the large widows and let the cool, fresh air flow in. We recommend and hope to stay in Isabelle's properties again soon. Oh, and Sabine was a likeable and knowledgable tour guide!

We stayed a week in Isabelle's Beaubourg apartment in the Marais district in early January. The apartment was exactly as it appears on the website and was very comfortable . The facilities in the apartment were good and made our stay very pleasant. We would certainly apply for Isabelle's apartments again - the process was very easy and efficient. I would recommend Isabelle's apartments to anybody wanting a pleasant stay in Paris.

We stayed at Isabelle's Beaubourg apartment for one week in early October. It was an ideal location - very central. It is within walking distance to the Louvre, D'Orsay, Notre Dame, Place des Vosges and Ile St. Louis. We enjoyed many sidewalk cafes in the area and strolls along the Seine. We felt very safe in the Marais neighbourhood where the Beaubourg apartment is located. We are very grateful to Aurelie, Isabelle's associate, who gave us suggestions for which wines to try, and where to find a supermarket, patisserie, boulangerie, and Sunday market. Paris is a beautiful city and the people are very friendly... we had a wonderful time ...and hope to return someday.

We stayed 8 nights in Isabelle's Beaubourg apartment in the Marais district for our honeymoon (August 14th to 22nd). The apartment was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen allowed us to cook several of our own meals, or keep food refrigerated to take with us on our daily walks and sightseeing. The apartment was quiet and we felt totally safe - despite the busy Pompidou Centre and square nearby (we couldn't hear any noise). Getting the key and paying was also so incredibly easy and convenient. The Marais district is so cool - full of good energy and buzz, and provided so many (almost too many) options for eating and shopping. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in one of Isabelle's apartments again and recommend the Beaubourg apartment to anyone who wants to stay in a cozy apartment in the Marais.

We stayed in Isabelle's Beaubourg apartment for 5 days in late April. Everything was as advertised and there were no problems. It is good for a couple or perhaps a couple with one child, has an eat in kitchen, quite spacious bathroom and sufficient storage space for one's clothes. The apartment is located in a very quiet street despite being in the heart of a very busy district. It is convenient to the Metro and RER as well as easy walking distance to almost any site one might wish to go to. In addition, there is no shortage of good restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk. We would definitely look to rent from Isabelle again.

What wonderful accommodations and service! I stayed at Isabelle's Beaubourg apartment which is perfectly located in a very popular and active area in Paris. Renting the apartment was quite easy and secure through Isabelle's site via credit card. It was that easy! Her directions from the very convenient RER / Metro station to the apartment (less than 5 minutes) was very easy. It's a wonderful location with great restaurants, museums, cafes, etc. The apartment has a full kitchen, large bathroom, plenty of storage and a large living room / bedroom. It gets plenty of light and is beautifully decorated. It is located on a quaint and romantic street in a very secure building (alarm code for the main door and key access to the main door in the building). It was a perfect stay and Isabelle's service was even better. I would stay at any of her properties and would reccommend her to anyone. Thanks, Isabelle!

We stayed for 3 nights in the Beaubourg flat and enjoyed everything! Making the arrangements "long distance" (over the Internet) was easy and everything went exactly as planned - except for one little thing. Our daughter, who is studying in Besancon (in the Jura region) was to meet us in Paris. She was so excited she showed up a day ahead of time! Isabelle was wonderful and arranged for her to stay in the Princess flat for the extra night. The flat was fun, clean, and in a great location. There were plenty of up-to-date tour books (in English!) there so we were able to make the most of our 3 short days. And we cooked 2 simple but wonderful dinners while we were there. The whole experience was fantastique! We can't thank you enough. Hopefully we'll be able to do it again sometime!

We spent 12 nights in the Beaubourg this fall. The apartment was well equip with eveything you would need. The location was great. The Pompidou was right at your doorstep. Restaurants, Metro, Bus, Bakeries, and food market are within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The Notre Dame and Hotel de Ville are close by. We enjoyed the sights and the city. Isabelle was very pleasant and helpful. Prior to my departure I e-mailed her a dozen times about this and that. She responded within 24 hours. Thanks for all your help. I had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the Beaubourg Studio Apartment for a week in May and June 06 on our first trip to France. We loved the location, with great bakeries, some good value eating places and food shops just "round the corner". Also very accessible to everything either by foot or using the Metro. On quiet laneway -no traffic noise but very close to Pompidou Centre and its main square with buskers etc! Very secure. Isabelle was very helpful and welcomed us personally on the first day to make sure every thing was ok and to offer advice on things to do if we needed it. Apartment was very comfortable with plenty of room for the two of us, washing machine and good sized kitchen and bathroom (shower and bath). Main bed was low (as shown in photo on web-site) which was fine for us but may not suit all. We were hesitant of booking over the internet as it not part of a recognised accommodation group, but every thing went smoothly and we will be recommending Isabelle's apartments to our friends.
