This privately owned penthouse condominium at Coral Gardens Resort is located directly on famous Grace Bay, and directly in front of the best coral reef snorkeling in Provo. Elegantly decorated with vaulted ceilings and indirect lighting in each room in addition to individual bedroom balconies and a truly spectacular view of Grace Bay and a breathtaking sunset view! Two beautiful master bedroom suites with king-size beds with ensuite bathrooms complete with granite surfaces, double sinks and a whirlpool tub in the master, walk-in showers in both bedrooms, as well as a powder room half-bath. . Even the granite breakfast bar that seats four offers a beach view of Grace Bay!
Cable television with large flat screen HD TV's are in both the living area and bedrooms along with optional local cell phone and free WiFi. A fully-equipped kitchen has all new appliances side by side refrigerator with ice maker, glass top stove, microwave and wine cooler. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer.
Optional Configurations - The entire condominium is normally rented as a two-bedroom unit, however the main 1650 SF beach front living area including the larger master bedroom suite together and an additional queen-size Aerobed, can be separate from the second 'Garden Room' guest suite or “lock out”. The 'Garden Room' is a master king bedroom with a separate entrance, has its own balcony, a full bath, and includes many of the same amenities including a small refrigerator and coffee bar”.
Water related activities are numerous with a dive and tour shop on the property. Sunset boat cruises, glass bottom or boat excursions to caves, exploring the snorkeling wonders are within steps from your door during both day and night, along with Island getaways where you can be dropped off on a deserted beach or experience the glow worm tours, parasailing -- even seasonal whale watching. The potential exists for an unexpected personal encounter with JoJo -- the people friendly dolphin made world famous by Jacques Cousteau. You might also want to consider a day of deep sea or bone fishing for marlin, tuna, or wahoo with one of the local charter boats departing from nearby Turtle Cove Marina.
If you're not a certified diver but would like to learn, lessons are available in the deeper of the Resort's two pools, or try Snuba on coral reef, which can be accommodated by Jodi, the Snuba Director right from off the beach in front of Coral Gardens, for which the Resort is named.
Providenciales offers many restaurants ranging from casual to elegant fine dining with something to suit anyone’s tastes from local to Italian, French, International, Chinese, all listed in the 'Dining Guide' or ask us for recommendations. You’ll find it even more convenient to just to drop by the, 'Somewhere Beach Cafe & Bar' located on the property. It has received great reviews...serving daily breakfast, lunch, and casual dinners or just have a delightful Rum Punch or glass of wine on the upper deck overlooking Grace Bay and watch the sun set.....currently Live Music is on Thursdays and Sundays.
